Gush! I was not able to get the bonus when the promo was still on, why didn't you guys just call me to remind me of the birthday party yesterday. In fact, I just hate stupid set of friends who will only remember you when they need favour from you and when opportunities like this show up, they barely recall you exist.

While he was ranting, I was just looking at him from a distance because I felt it was not my business to intrude into another person's business, moreover, he was with his friends and I could get into trouble or make the matter worst by going over to settle them.
Whew! The more I tried resisting myself, the more restless I became. This guy is raising his voice and he looks like someone that is really in pains. Alright, I decided I wouldn't hold back anymore because I have been in a similar situation severally but I will wait for the right time to strike.

Finally, hell has broken lose, he is now acting like a child of the world, oops! Hot arguments, nobody is giving in or ready to apologise. I started wondering if they were ever friends because, at least somebody out of the four guys should just tell him "sorry bro"

He is about stepping out of their mist but he is looking like a lady that just lost her 9 months marriage engagement. Oh, it is my time to make a new friend. Like the saying goes, every disappointment is a blessing in disguise. You should assume that a broken guy like that will be looking for a shoulder to lean on but at this point he had none, thus the need for real friends.
I am about approaching him right now even though he doesn't like someone that needs a new friend, but I remembered what my mentor always tell me, "People are passing through enough troubles already daily, you owe them a smile to ease their pains.

Excuse me bro, I called out to him when he was just about opening his car. Yes, he replied. Immediately I added; my name is Nteobong Samuel and you're not a loser. You can imagine how funny he looked at me. He immediately gave me a hand shake and held my hands for over 10 seconds and was just staggering in smiles. He said, "Yes, I am not a failure" and I told him, "deal with this bro.
I offered to drive him home with his car, of course, you know we will talk at length before we get to this house which was about a 25 minutes drive. I encouraged him to always know that his happiness should be an intentionally initiated by him and not determined by others. 

When people know that you don't need them to be happy, they tend to respect you the more. 
Live a happy life and intentionally give people comforting smiles.
