Criminal Probe opened On Tether! Hoping to open a discussion below. Anyone hearing anything more?

I have friends in space who hate tether and think it’s fraudulent and I have friends who say it’s hit jobs wrongfully done.  I really don’t know for sure but let’s discuss.  
This isn’t a content post so rewards are declined.  I’d really like to hear what people think who know more about this then I do. 
   It’s said it’s regarding something a couple years old but I believe or rather I’ve been told it could open up things that will open further investigations.

I know Cramer has been hitting Tether hard on his morning show on Twitter.. Nearly every day. He makes it sound like they are holding some really weak Chinese commercial paper or some such.

I can’t stand Krammer but I actually think there’s some shady stuff here.   Even if there isn’t the USA government will do what they want and say it’s USA dollars snd they have jurisdiction. Truth I haven’t followed like I did in 2018. Kept hearing it will blow within months and fast forward 3 years or so here we are.
