Les deseo tengan un día maravilloso, hoy quise iniciar la mañana compartiendo una receta muy sencilla y divertida especial para los pequeños de la casa, y es que hasta el más grande la disfrutará. Se trata de una deliciosas salchichas empanizadas, una forma muy original de comer salchichas, me es preciso resaltar que, me encantan en todas sus presentaciones y se pueden hacer muchas recetas deliciosas con ella. Es muy fácil, así que sin más empecemos.

Ingredientes: 

• Salchichas 
• 4 cucharadas de harina de trigo 
• 1 huevo 
• 2 cucharadas de harina de maíz 
• Pan rallado 
• Aceite para freir 
• Sal 
• Pimienta 
• Palillos para pinchos


>Ingredients: 

>- Sausages 
>- 4 tablespoons of wheat flour 
>- 1 egg 
>- 2 tablespoons corn flour 
>- Bread crumbs 
>- Oil for frying 
>- Salt 
>- Pepper 
>- Skewer sticks






Lo primero que haremos será realizar una crema parecida a la tempura, para esto agregamos un huevo en un bowl, le añadimos sal y pimienta y batimos muy bien con la ayuda de un batidor de varillas.

Seguidamente vamos a agregar 2 cucharadas de harina de trigo a nuestra mezcla e integramos muy bien hasta conseguir una mezcla cremosa y homogénea, llevamos al refrigerador por 20 minutos.

Durante el tiempo que tenemos la crema en la nevera, vamos a preparar la salchicha para empanizar, vamos a seleccionar los palillos de madera especiales para pinchos y lo introducimos por un extremo de la salchicha hasta casi atravesarla por completo.

Pasado el tiempo de enfriado de la mezcla de harina y huevo, retiramos de la nevera y procedemos a colocar la salchicha para que quede impregnada con esta mezcla, puede hacerlo en un bowl grande, un plato llano o en un vaso para mayor comodidad.

Seguidamente en un plato vamos a agregar el harina de trigo restante y el harina de maíz, mezclamos bien y pasamos la salchicha que está cubierta con la mezcla cremosa por el harina.

Volvemos a pasar la salchicha por la mezcla cremosa y finalizamos pasando por pan rallado cuidando de que quede muy bien cubierta, ya tenemos nuestras salchichas listas para cocinar.

Llevamos una sartén Honda a fuego medio con suficiente aceite, cuando éste se encuentre caliente, colocamos las salchichas y vamos girando para que se cocine bien por todos lados, puede ayudarse girando por el palillo. Cuando tengan un color dorado puedes retirarlas del fuego h colocar sobre papel absorbente. Ya tenemos muestras deliciosas salchichas empanizadas listas para deleitar a la familia. Puede servir con una Rica salsa y le dará el toque ideal. Me despido esperando que les haya gustado.
