Creo que la gran mayoría, eso se resume en valentía, en respeto, en amor propio. A mí, correr me parte y me construye nuevamente, me regenera, me quita los miedos, la tristeza, me tumba al piso para probar mi coraje y levantarme, aun así me vuelve a tumbar, pero esta vez mas fuerte, me levanto con más firmeza, correr me abraza y me hace entender que si puedo. Se dan cuenta que corriendo hablamos con nosotros mismo? El famoso diálogo interno, el ying y el yang de hombro a hombro queriéndonos dar instrucciones, y no conforme con éso, les respondemos. 😂 jajaja -El Yin: No puedes más, para, te duelen la rodillas, escucha tu pecho, ni siquiera respiras bien, qué lento eres, todo por una banana. -Nosotros: Estás loco brother, ahora es que puedo, (bien reventado), pero aún así puedo. Es más quién eres tú para decirme lo que tengo que hacer. 😂🤣 Y así pasamos toda la ruta, en un constante diálogo de Amorodio. Quizás en los primeros 5km vamos happy mood, de ahí en adelante aparecen los imperdibles. Lo bueno de todo ésto, es la experiencia que nos queda, los momentos vividos y compartidos, el agotamiento más placentero luego de cada fondo. Para mí el Running es una cosa de locos, con el buen sentido del humor!
