<center>Hola comunidad de full deportes, queridos amigos tengo el placer de compartir una nueva rutina para ejercitar todo el cuerpo, en esta rutina realice movimientos muy din谩micos e intensos, perfecto para acondicionar y tonificar el cuerpo, utilice pesitas improvisadas para realizar mi rutina, en el cual lo hice en 4 series de 20 repeticiones; los invito a ver toda mi rutina completa espero que les guste mucho bueno mis amigos entrenemos. </center>

<div class="pull-left">Primer calentamiento, realice estocada lateral de manera de acondicionar mi tren inferior y a su vez estiro un poco mi cuerpo, lo realice en 2 series de 45 segundos.</div>

<center>Me despido querida comunidad compartiendo este excelente entrenamiento desde casita con poco peso, pero muy intenso para quemar grasa y tonificar todo el cuerpo, realice 5 movimientos m谩s un breve calentamiento para acondicionar el cuerpo, espero que les guste lo compartido, como siempre tratando de impulsar a las personas a ejercitarse por lo menos desde su hogares dedic谩ndole por lo menos 45 min de su tiempo a cuidar su cuerpo con actividad f铆sica, bueno mis amigos como siempre sugiero tener una alimentaci贸n balanceada para poder tener resultados positivos.</center>

Nos encanta los ejercicios combinados, porque sentimos que trabaja el cuerpo y tambi茅n la mente. Eso es muy importante, para un estilo de vida saludable.
