Conociendo “La tierra del Sol Amada” - Knowing "The land of the Beloved Sun"
El Estado Zulia es uno de los veintitrés Estados de Venezuela, su capital Maracaibo o como la conocemos los venezolanos “La Tierra del Sol Amada”. Tierra que en la actualidad está bastante golpeada y maltratada por distintos factores pero hoy no quiero hablarles de eso al contrario deseo mostrarles lo bonito de sus paisajes y de sus edificaciones lo que la hacen acogedora, hermosa, colonial y con un clima muy caluroso jaja.
The Zulia State is one of the twenty-three States of Venezuela, its capital Maracaibo or as we Venezuelans know it "The Land of the Beloved Sun." Land that at present is quite beaten and mistreated by different factors but today I do not want to talk about that, on the contrary I want to show you how beautiful its landscapes and its buildings make it cozy, beautiful, colonial and with a very hot climate haha.

Hace algún tiempo hice un viaje por carretera en auto propio desde el Distrito Capital (Caracas) hasta el Estado Zulia (Maracaibo), si me preguntan cuántas horas tarde en llegar no les sabría decir, cuando vas viajando en auto haces paradas no programas sea para comer o beber algo, estirar un poco las piernas y sobre todo capturar con la cámara hasta el más mínimo detalle y más si pasas por el páramo andino, el cual me pego muchísimo y el frío ni les cuento pero a quien no le ha dado el mal del páramo jajaja.

Some time ago I made a road trip in my own car from the Capital District (Caracas) to the State of Zulia (Maracaibo), if you ask me how many hours it takes to arrive, I would not know how to tell you, when you are traveling by car you make stops, no programs are for eat or drink something, stretch your legs a bit and above all capture with the camera even the smallest detail and more if you go through the Andean moor, which hit me a lot and the cold I don't even tell them but who has not given the bad of the moor hahaha.

Al llegar a esta hermosa tierra se siente una sensación tan placentera y emocionante con el simple hecho de pasar por el famoso puente sobre el lago, las principales paradas son la Basílica de la Chinita (no pueden dejar de visitarla) el paseo de la Chinita y el Boulevard de Maracaibo donde venden unos patacones y unas mandocas espectaculares. 
When you arrive at this beautiful land you feel such a pleasant and exciting sensation with the simple fact of passing through the famous bridge over the lake, the main stops are the Basilica de la Chinita (you cannot miss it) the Paseo de la Chinita and the Boulevard de Maracaibo where they sell some spectacular patacones and mandibles.

El Edo. Zulia ha cambiado. Tuve la suerte de vivir y trabajar en Maracaibo, durante 11 años, desde 1979.  
Pude viajar por todo ese estado y, definitivamente, es una belleza.

Hermosas vistas tiene nuestro hermoso país Venezuela. Aunque soy venezolana no he podido aun visitar el hermoso estado Zulia y recorrer el maravilloso puente sobre lago y degustar su rica gastronomía. Se que muy pronto podre cumplir ese sueño.
