It is advised that you should continue and be persistent in your regular physical activity if it is a cold.

The only thing that matters is that we adjust the intensity of the exercise to our current state.
However, what is important to emphasize is that we do not begin with exercise when we have a cold, because we do not have the foundation and the body will not be able to cope with the load to which it is exposed, so it can react in such a way that the symptoms of the disease intensify.

Another situation where we should not exercise is in the case of fever. Exercise naturally raises your body temperature. If we exercise while ill, the temperature can be dangerously high. 

For those who train indoors, that is, gyms and aerobics centers, and those who share exercise equipment, the doctor advises enhanced disinfection and wearing face masks in the winter when viruses feed, so as not to spread the infection.
