Feliz día amigos y colmena #foodiesbeehive, me complece estar nuevamente por acá trayendole una de mis recetas que no dudé en compartirla con ustedes. Hoy les traigo una super receta como está que preparé el día de hoy, se trata de una ensalada de atún con huevo, arroz y tajadas. Les dejo un paso a paso de como preparala.

# Ingredintes/Ingredients 

* Arroz || Rice 
* Papas || Potatos 
* Plátano || Banana 
* Huevos || Eggs 
* Atún || Tuna 
* Celery || Celery
* Cebolla || Onion 
* Zanahoria || Carrot 
* Remolacha || Beet
* Sal || Salt 
* Queso crema  || Cream cheese

# Preparación / Preparation 

1- Pongo a cocinar la papas, zanahoria y la remolacha hasta que ablande. Por lo general las papas se van a ablandar antes que los demás. Retiramos todo y dejamos enfriar para lluego retirar la cascara y proceder a hacer la ensalada. Cortamos cebolla, celery y revolvemos todo.
>1- I cook the potatoes, carrot and beet until they soften. Usually the potatoes will soften before the others. Remove everything and let cool, then remove the shell and proceed to make the salad. We cut onion, celery and stir everything.

2- Seguimos con el arroz, para eso lavo muy bien y en una olla arrocera lo coloco con ajo para dar sabor, un poco de aceite, sal y agua a medida, tapo y dejo cocinar hasta reducir su cocción. 
>2-We continue with the rice, for that I wash very well and in a rice cooker I place it with garlic to give flavor, a little oil, salt and water to measure, I cover and let cook until its cooking is reduced.

3- Para terminar el plato, freimos unas tajadas , para eso, cortamos un plátano en tajadas y freimos en aceite. También agregué queso para completar esta receta. 
>3- To finish the dish, we fry some slices, for that, we cut a banana into slices and fry in oil. I also added cheese to complete this recipe.

4- Finalmente, tengo un rico almuerzo para servir, la ensalada quedó como los Dioses, extraordinariamente muy buena y sus acompañamentos van perfecto. Gracias por mirar mi Blog, agradezco que estén aquí en cada una de mis recetas. Saludos.
