When I was a child I liked to draw. Dad motivated me to do it by creating challenges for me and at the end of the day when he came home from work he would reward me or tell me the mistakes I made so I could improve.

Once, because I was lazy, I traced a drawing and gave it to Dad as my original. I don't know how Dad did it, but when he saw it, he told me it wasn't mine. That the drawing had been traced and that I didn't deserve the reward.

That hurt me a lot, but at the same time, I felt very sorry. I had been discovered. Then I told myself that I shouldn't draw anymore—a bad decision as a child.

Throughout my career, I have had to design and use tools such as PowerPoint, and Microsoft Paint. In them, I unloaded my severed passion. The impact on my childhood resulted in me being convinced that I didn't know how to draw. I still say it, I still think it. Nothing gets me out of it.

When I gave up drawing as a passion, another one came along. Writing stories created by me. That was another passion I had as a child but never developed despite my mother's encouragement to write stories. I wrote my first story when I was seven years old. Years went by and I wrote them, but they ended up in a notebook and from there to oblivion. Until the arrival of the social network, Facebook.

When I arrived at HIVE I saw on the platform something to do what I liked. I didn't expect to be valued much. Self-criticism is sometimes very severe with me. I think because I demand a lot from myself. 

In three years at HIVE, I have written, above all, horror and suspense stories, which are my favorites, as well as humorous stories and some romance. Doing this and wandering through communities of writers has led me to meet many very good writers who have given me advice and helped me acquire knowledge about writing. I still have a long way to go. It is a beautiful but complex universe, very demanding. The best of all this is that I have just finished a novel that I hope to publish very soon.

To accompany these texts had to place images and as we know you can not use images with copyright and most of the communities request that the images be owned. This led me to know the CANVA platform and at the end of the year 2023, I did a distance course on Photoshop and Illustrator. This course was very basic. Therefore, I look for any number of ways to learn and train myself. The good thing is that I have already had some clients from Chile, Argentina, and Colombia and they have been satisfied. They have also asked me for simple things, nothing fancy.

So, being quite a few years old, my passion is to play with images, with words and to create stories. A fascinating universe.
