El cementerio de Zaragoza o Cementerio de Torrero, es un gran cementerio de la ciudad de Zaragoza situado en el distrito de Torrero.

La apertura oficial del cementerio de Zaragoza fue en 1834, cuando el terreno fue bendito por el Arzobispo de Zaragoza. Hasta entonces los enterramientos se efectuaban en los terrenos de iglesias, conventos u hospitales de la propia ciudad, lo que planteaba problemas como la falta de espacio e higiene. La ventaja de su ubicación (en las afueras de Zaragoza), así como la necesidad de terreno para el entierro propiciaron su apertura. En un principio, y tras muchas disputas, el cementerio fue administrado por las parroquias y el ayuntamiento conjuntamente. Sin embargo, desde 1868 el control pasó a ser administrado exclusivamente por el ayuntamiento. A lo largo del siglo XIX, el cementerio acometió sucesivas ampliaciones (1866, 1885, 1895). En 1883, se creó, anexo al cementerio, un espacio para el enterramiento civil. En el siglo XX el cementerio nuevamente ganó terrenos (1911). Durante la Guerra Civil, Zaragoza cayó desde el inicio en el bando franquista y se produjo una fuerte represión hacia los republicanos. Se produjeron numerosos fusilamientos en las tapias del cementerio y los cuerpos fueron, posteriormente, enterrados en fosas comunes (exhumadas en 1980). Durante estos años, se crearon en el cementerio zonas de enterramiento para las tropas extranjeras del bando franquista: una zona para el enterramiento de italianos y otra para los musulmanes (orientada a La Meca), además de un cementerio alemán, destinado a las tropas nazis; en 1941, se los trasladó a un nuevo espacio que constituye, todavía en la actualidad, un pequeño cementerio privado en el cual existen también familias de poder de las épocas del comienzo del dicho cementerio. Durante el resto de siglo y hasta la actualidad, el cementerio ha continuado creciendo, la última ampliación se llevó a cabo en el 2002, con la apertura de un nuevo edificio de atención al público.
