<p>Billy handed Vincent a bag of clothes. &nbsp;He bought him a few t-shirts and shorts and a set of pajamas. At first &nbsp;Vincent was very shy to take it, but Moira assured him that it was fine. Moira poured them all a glass of orange juice and told Vincent to go and put away the clothes in the room where he slept the previous night. A few minutes later Vincent emerged with a new red t-shirt and a blue short. He looked very proud of himself and had a big smile on his face when he took a seat at the table. &nbsp;</p>
<p>Moira just smiled at him and winked at Billy just to let him know that he did good. &nbsp;They had a lovely lunch and while Moira was busy cleaning the kitchen, Billy asked Vincent to go outside with him. &nbsp;There was an old hoop next to the house and Billy and Vincent played with an old basketball that he brought with him. Vincent seemed to enjoy himself and seemed far more relaxed. &nbsp;Billy hoped that he would open up a little but Vincent did not reveal much. &nbsp;The only thing he told Billy was that he used to play ball with his dad a lot.&nbsp;</p>
<p>When it was time for Billy to leave, Vincent looked a little sad, but he did not say anything. Billy promised him that he would be back a little later after work and that they could shoot some more hoops then. Billy left both Vincent and Moira on the porch and they stood close to each other when he drove away. &nbsp;</p>
<p>It was still early and Moira asked Vincent to help her finish in the attic. She still had quite a lot to do and it was great to have someone to help her. Vincent was not scared to work and within hours the whole attic was sorted. &nbsp;Vincent helped her carry the clothes to the car and the magazines and old books that she didn't want they put in boxes and Vincent loaded all in the car. She wanted to drop it off at the church the next morning. &nbsp;</p>
<p>They were both dirty from all the dust and she took a quick shower, and told Vincent to take a bath. She was finished before him and when she walked past the bathroom she could hear the water splashing and she heard him whistle a tune she never heard before. &nbsp;</p>
<p>Vincent seemed so much more relaxed and when he finished she gave him a sandwich to eat and another glass or orange juice. Billy arrived half an hour later and he invited them both to go see a movie in town. Vincent was very excited. While they were driving, he opened his mouth for the first time and told them that he had never been to the movies before.&nbsp;</p>
<p>They all enjoyed the movie and Billy and Moira laughed more for the way that Vincent behaved than they laughed at the movie. He seemed to be enjoying himself tremendously and when the movie was over all three of them were sad to go home. Moira bought them all ice cream and an hour later Billy dropped them off at home. &nbsp;</p>
<p>Vincent fell asleep in the truck and Moira had to wake him up so that he could go inside. He was very tired and went straight to bed. This time Moira was not worried. &nbsp;She knew that he would be there when she woke up. &nbsp;</p>
<p>Billy stayed for a glass of wine and they sat talking in the kitchen for nearly an hour, but it was getting late and he had to get up early to go to work. &nbsp;She mentioned the bed and breakfast and Billy thought that it was a great idea. &nbsp;More so, because he knew that if she opened the B&amp;B she would not leave town again. Billy just left when her phone rang. It was sheriff Jones. He told her that the detective was able to get an earlier flight and that they would see them at her house at eight o clock the next morning. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
