<p>Detective Hatfield rushed to the hospital. He spoke to the head nurse and she couldn’t tell him anything significant. He dialed James’s number and told him the bad news. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>James was devastated and Detective Hatfield told him to stay at home just in case she came home on her own. &nbsp;James phoned Julia to come over and told her to stay put. No one was going to tell him to stay at home.&nbsp;</p>
<p>He was going to look for Jessy, because there was no way that he was going to lose her again after just finding her. James sat in his car feeling devastated. He had no idea where to even start looking and decided to go to the hospital first. &nbsp;</p>
<p>James nearly bumped into detective Hatfield in the hallway. He was on his way to security to check the security footage for all the entrances. He could do with some help. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>James sat with detective Hatfield while he scanned through the footage. They checked every available door and they couldn’t find anything suspicious. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, except when two men entered the hospital and James recognized them.&nbsp;</p>
<p>He yelled stop, and the detective froze the screen. &nbsp;</p>
<p>“These are the two men that came to talk to me today. They said they were from the FBI and they gave me their number.”&nbsp;</p>
<p>James took out his wallet and handed the card to detective Hatfield. &nbsp;Detective Hatfield zoomed in on the faces of the men. These were no ordinary FBI agents. They were not in uniform and had not shown James any formal identification. &nbsp;</p>
<p>He took a screenshot to run through their facial recognition software at the office, and then asked James to phone the number on the card. The phone just kept on ringing, and Detective Hatfield told James to stop phoning.&nbsp;</p>
<p>They needed to know more about these guys before they phoned again. &nbsp;James left his car at the hospital and drove to the station with detective Hatfield. He kept on assuring James that he will make it is his life work to find Jessy, and that he was not one to give up. &nbsp;</p>
<p>At the office the detective poured them each some coffee and told James that it was going to be a long night. He closed the door to his office and dragged a chair closer for James. He scanned the photo and started running the database. &nbsp;</p>
<p>After a few more cups of coffee they finally had a match on both of the men. Detective Hatfield had been right. These men were no ordinary FBI agents. In fact they were not agents at all. &nbsp;</p>
<p>The two men in question worked for an unknown pharmaceutical company, but detective Hatfield had a mild suspicion that there were not only drugs tested at this facility. It might even just be a front.&nbsp;</p>
<p>They might have just stumbled onto something much bigger than he could handle alone. There was absolutely no doubt in his mind that these two men were the ones that took Jessy. He grabbed his phone and dialed the number of his friend Alex.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Alex was one of the top students in his class, and he was undoubtedly one of the best field agents for the FBI. &nbsp;They had a short discussion and James forwarded him all the information via email.&nbsp;</p>
<p>It was nearly six o clock in the morning, and they had done all that they could. Now they had to wait for the FBI to do their jobs. &nbsp;Detective Hatfield dropped off James at the house. He assured him that it was no use for him to go out looking. If there was someone that could find Jessy, it was Alex.&nbsp;</p>
<p>He promised that he would let him know if there were any new developments.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Julia was fast asleep on the couch when he walked in. James made some coffee and woke her up. He told her everything that had happened, and Julia was stunned. &nbsp;</p>
<p>Julia made breakfast and even though he was not really hungry, he ate the food. He and Julia became quite close friends since Jessy vanished and he knew there was no way he could even try to go against her wishes.&nbsp;</p>
<p>After they finished eating Julia told James to take a shower and go to bed. He now had to trust the authorities, and he knew he had no choice in this. &nbsp;</p>
<p>Alex woke up his team. It was just after six and they had a lot of work to do. He wanted to solve this case as soon as possible, and the sooner they started the faster they would finish. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
