Flowery Finish - Day 39 - The 100 Day Project

Earlier in the week @jacey.boldart and I had a bit of a natter, in the comments, about using a [practice journal](https://peakd.com/@jacey.boldart/re-gillianpearce-savlls). This led me to dig out one of my old journals which I stopped working in a while ago.

I noticed a page which didn't need much to finish it so I set it aside to work on today - Day 39 of The 100 Day Project. Being Wednesday it means I'm out of the house early and back late.

The page already had this wording on it, cut out from a magazine:

There is landfall
There is a city
There is light
There is quietude
There is rock</h3>


And:
<h3>There is Here
Only Here</h3>which I had hand stamped on tissue paper

The background appears to have been painted with a few colours, had tissue paper, serviettes and thread added and then some gesso applied. Looks like I did some stencilling on the page too. I'd also applied some hand printed collage paper made from cleaning stencils on book pages.

My quick finish today was to add the pink flowers which were cut from wall paper we had left over when we decorated our lounge, some time ago.

I'm pleased with the end result.
