Me presento mi nombre es Gineth Chira, tengo 22 años y entré en esta plataforma gracias al gran apoyo de mi novio que ya próximamente conocerán. El insiste en que puedo generar contenido diferente y de calidad y dije "¿por qué no intentarlo?" así que agarraré su consejo y me motivaré a ser constante.

El describirme es un tanto difícil para mí, por lo tanto lo que puedo decir en este momento, ya que todavía me encuentro en una etapa de descubrimiento y renacer, por decirlo de alguna manera. Es que soy una persona amable, qué trata de pensar en los demás y que siempre trato de tener un pensamiento propio el cual identifique mi personalidad. Les comento que me encanta la lectura, soy una mujer que le encanta la lectura romántica, en este caso les muestro uno de mis primeros libros en físico, me lo regalaron mis padres para un cumpleaños, ya que ellos saben que siempre me la pasaba leyendo libros en PDF.  Hoy en día no lo hago mucho por cuestiones de trabajo y tiempo, aunque me encanta la lectura desde que comencé en el bachillerato, lo descubrí con las novelas que nos colocaban de tarea y luego gracias a la recomendación de mis amigas fui conociendo los libros electrónicos.

Nowadays I don't do it much for work and time reasons, although I love reading since I started in high school, I discovered it with the novels that put us on homework and then thanks to the recommendation of my friends I got to know electronic books .

También me encanta la cocina y aunque tengo resistencia a la insulina y no puedo comer azúcar, no es algo que me moleste ya que soy más del tipo cocina salada mediterránea. Suelo cocinar mucho pollo, más que todo con vegetales y al horno, también soy buena cocinando carne de Res y de cerdo y aunque aún no he experimentado con carne de caza es algo que planeo hacer en un futuro.
>I also love cooking and even though I have insulin resistance and I can't eat sugar, it's not something that bothers me as I'm more of the salty Mediterranean cooking type. I usually cook a lot of chicken, mostly with vegetables and in the oven, I am also good at cooking beef and pork and although I have not experimented with game meat yet, it is something I plan to do in the future.

Por otra parte para la salud mental y emocional, una de las cosas que más me gusta hacer es intentar tomar fotos al aire libre, me encanta sentir la brisa en mi cara, ver el sol, tomar fotos a la naturaleza, a las flores y a las distintas hojas que hay, porque no es igual una hoja de un árbol a la hoja de una maleza,  ambas me parecen hermosas a su manera. Otra cosa que no debería decir, es que luego de realizar mis paseos en modo fotógrafo sin empleo, suelo hablar con mi novio por llamada y contarle todo lo que vi, paso horas hablándole de las patitas de un gato con el que me haya topado, lo divertido y curioso es que me presta atención.
>On the other hand, for mental and emotional health, one of the things I like to do the most is to try to take photos outdoors, I love to feel the breeze on my face, see the sun, take photos of nature, flowers and the different leaves that there are, because a leaf from a tree is not the same as a leaf from a weed, both seem beautiful to me in their own way. Another thing that I should not say is that after taking my walks in jobless photographer mode, I usually talk to my boyfriend by phone and tell him everything I saw, I spend hours talking to him about the paws of a cat that I have run into, the funny and curious thing is that he pays attention to me.

Por último, otra cosa que les quiero comentar es que me gusta el ejercicio y ya que debido a mi condición de salud, debo realizar ciertos ejercicios en mi día a día, me gustaría enseñar ciertas rutinas que en conjunto con tips de comida para mantener una dieta balanceada, podrán aumentar nuestra salud de manera fácil y sin tener que hacer grandes sacrificios. Me voy, espero hayan disfrutado de mi presentación y estén pasando un feliz inicio de la navidad.
