Binance — Changing The Way Exchanges Operate

Binance was launched just 5 months ago. Since then it has become the biggest crypto exchange in the world!

They allow trading between 96 crypto currencies with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Binance Coin (the exchanges own coin) and Tether. BNB, the Binance coin is one of the things that makes this exchange so different. Using BNB you receive a discount when trading in their platform. This allows for their coin to see more volume and be bought and sold more. The exchange is what drives the BNB coin, and the coin is what draws people to this exchange. It is why this exchange has grown so fast!

They increase the demand of the coin by incentivizing people to use them for discounts. And dont forget, the price of this coin increases as well! But Binance does something unheard of with other coins: it destroys their coins. Every quarter, the Binance teams uses some of their profits to buy some BNB from the market and then destroy them until they lower the total supply 50%. This is very smart, as it drives up demand and increases the price of the coin.

In other words, it wouldn’t be unwise to HODL some BNB... ;)

Binance is out to list the coins that other exchanges dont list. This also pushes more traffic to the Binance Exchange. By takin advantage of the restrictions that some exchanges place on coins and what they do offer and dont, Binance is pulling in new users that want to trade those coins.
The business model of this exchange is ingenious!

A couple more interesting things that they offer is a referral program that draws more to the platform and the Binance Launchpad. This launch pad is a sort of vetting program for ICOs and token sales. It also allows you to purchase them from the exchange. Since this was announced, 2 of the biggest token sales were launched on Binance and sold out in record time.

Combine all of these things and you have a very successful exchange that is reaching success from many different angles. I was in Bittrex exclusively until now. Binance offers much more opportunity
