Greetings creative people and art lover especially the illustration in which now I have more focus and although there is still much to learn I bring as every week my contribution to the art contest proposed by @splinterlands in which I have been participating consistently and this time I decided to bring a character from one of the cards of the game in question as it is Angelic Mandarin, Mandarin fish that according to the legend that has the card is blessed by the magic of the sea, which can heal whoever touches it thanks to the healing powers provided by the magic.



>Saludos gente creativa y amante del arte en especial la ilustración en la cual ahora tengo más enfoque y aunque aun falta mucho por aprender pues traigo como cada semana mi aporte al concurso de arte que propone @splinterlands en el cual he venido participando consecuentemente y en esta ocasión decidí traer un personaje de una de las cartas del juego en cuestión como lo es Angelic Mandarín, pez Mandarín que según la leyenda que posee la carta está bendecido por la magia del mar, con la cual puede sanar a quien lo toque gracias a los poderes curativos que le provee la magia.

The illustrative process took me three years because at the beginning everything seems to be easy but as the process progresses you have to work on the details and the different tones that the design has. To do this I started tracing what is the head and body with some details, then I incorporated fins and tail, to complete the sketch I made two fins outside the drawing as it was necessary, then I added the colors to the mandarin fish, then I expanded the illustration to work more comfortably and thus apply what are the filters to give it a better and more real look, and to culminate I put in a very light color background and the magic that surrounds it. 


>El proceso ilustrativo me llevó tres dado que al principio todo aparenta ser fácil pero a medida que se va avanzando en el proceso hay que ir trabajando en los detalles y los diferentes tonos que posee el diseño. Para ello inicié trazando lo que es la cabeza y el cuerpo con algunos detalles, luego incorporé aletas y cola, para culminar el boceto realice dos aletas fuera del dibujo ya que era necesario; posteriormente añadí los colores al pez mandarín, seguidamente amplié la ilustración para poder trabajarla con mas comodidad y así aplicarle lo que son los filtros para darle un mejor aspecto y mas real, ya para culminar coloque en fondo de color muy claro y la magia que le rodea.

The illustration was made in the vector program Inkscape, making use of its tools to conclude an illustration with a good finish.
