Innanzitutto volevo ringraziarvi del supporto che mi avete dato appena ho iniziato a far parte della vostra comunità.
Oggi vorrei parlarvi di una disciplina che a me personalmente sta aiutando tantissimo nel mio percorso di crescita personale. IL REIKI.

Il Reiki è una disciplina giapponese, basata sul riequilibrio energetico,la crescita personale e l'autoguarigione. Reiki agisce come strumento di consapevolezza personale e nelle radici più profonde di noi stessi.
Tramite il trattamento Reiki siamo in grado di portare equilibrio e tranquillità nella nostra vita e in quella delle persone che abbiamo accanto.
Il fondatore del Reiki Maestro Mikao Usui (del quale vi parlerò a breve), durante il suo percorso, capì che non era sufficiente riequilibrare solo il corpo, e quindi per guidarci nel processo di crescita personale, riconobbe cinque principi che sono:
Solo per oggi
- Non ti arrabbiare (non arrabbiarti, se vai a vedere non ti porta nessun beneficio)
- Non ti preoccupare (non preoccuparti del passato, non lo puoi cambiare, non preoccuparti del futuro, non puoi sapere cosa accadrà, vivi il momento presente)
- Sii grato ( sii grato alla vita per ciò che hai, e anche quando la vita ti ha fatto qualche scherzo, ringraziala perché senza quello scherzo non saresti quello che sei oggi)
- Svolgi il tuo lavoro con dedizione (questa è facile non la spiego)
- Sii gentile con le persone (sii sempre gentile, non si può mai sapere chi abbiamo davanti, e non sappiamo quello che sta affrontando quella persona)
Il maestro Usui diceva che solo se avremmo compreso questi cinque principi, avremmo apportato un cambiamento che ci guiderà per tutta la vita.

Il suo fondatore è il Maestro Mikao Usui, nato nel villaggio di Taniai-mura (oggi Miyama-cho),da una famiglia benestante. Suo padre e sua madre erano praticati buddisti della Terra Pura del buddismo giapponese.
Nella sua vita, aveva svolto diversi mestieri, e, nel 1922, all'età di 57 anni, non avendo ancora trovato la sua strada, decise di ritirarsi in meditazione sul Monte Kurama. Rimase in ritiro sul monte per 21 giorni, furono 21 giorni di meditazione e digiuno. Al termine di questi giorni, riscopri l'energia universale, che poteva essere di fondamentale importanza per rafforzare i talenti naturali che ogni essere umano ha innati, come ad esempio l'equilibrio dello spirito, la salute del corpo e della mente.
Scendendo dal Monte Kurama, decise che questo regalo ricevuto non poteva tramandato solamente nella sua famiglia (come accadeva solitamente in Giappone), ma doveva condividerlo con altre persone.
Nello stesso anno aprì la sua prima scuola di Reiki " Usui Reyti Ryoho Gakkai" a Aoyama, Tokio.
Nel 1925 si spostò a Nakano per ampliare la sua scuola.
Dal 1922 fino alla sua morte 1926, praticò, insegnò e formò molti allievi e maestri di Reiki.
La tomba del Maestro Usui sono nel tempio Saihoji Jodo-Su a Tokio.
Per mettere in pratica la tecnica del Reiki, basta partecipare ad un corso di primo livello per essere in grado di praticarla su se stessi o sugli altri.
Reiki può essere utilizzato sostanzialmente in tre livelli:
- Personale
- Lavorativo
- Professionale (Reiki come professione)
I motivi per i quali ci si approccia al Reiki, sono infiniti, e qualunque esso sia, si inizia ad avere una consapevolezza diversa rispetto a prima, e di conseguenza (naturalmente quando si è pronti), si inizia anche a cambiare qualcosa della propria vita, che sia in ambito personale, lavorativo e perché no anche in ambito professionale.
A me questo stà accadendo proprio in questo periodo della mia vita.
Ho conosciuto la disciplina del Reiki qualche anno fa quando abitavo ancora a Parma. Quando ricevevo i trattamenti, notavo che in me suscitavano qualcosa, mi facevano sicuramente stare meglio anche fisicamente, ma sentivo che oltre a quello mancava qualcos'altro solo che non capivo cosa.
Nel frattempo mi trasferisco in Veneto, stavo attraversando un periodo un po' particolare della mia vita, e come si suol dire "mi si è accesa una lampadina". Mi ricordai del Reiki, aprii i tanto amati social (Facebook in questo caso), e cercai se trovavo un operatore Reiki. Tra le tante persone che apparsero, fui subito incuriosita da un profilo Jessica Operatore Reiki (dopo qualche mese é diventata la mia insegnante di Reiki per quanto riguarda il Primo Livello).
Presi il numero di cellulare, e la contattai, ci accordammo per vederci qualche giorno dopo.
Dopo aver ricevuto qualche trattamento, mi sono sentita più leggera, e iniziavo a vedere cose che prima non riuscivo o meglio non volevo vedere.
Qualche mese dopo, Jessica mi disse che avrebbe fatto il corso di Reiki di primo livello, e mi chiese se volevo partecipare. Naturalmente la mia risposta non poteva essere che positiva.
Mi ricordo che preparai i vestiti da indossare una settimana prima.
Il weekend del corso, fu un'esplosione di emozioni. Ci sono stati momenti di risate, condivisione, pianti di dolore, di consapevolezza che hanno portato al pianto secondo me più bello che è quello liberatorio. Abbracci, parole di conforto.

In questi due giorni, ho appreso un sacco di informazioni per quanto riguarda il Reiki, e ho iniziato a capire tante dinamiche che accadevano nella mia vita, questa volta però le vedevo in maniera diversa dal solito, e soprattutto ho iniziato a capire (e continuo a capire anche oggi), che se volevo che le cose cambiassero, la prima che doveva cambiare ero io. Ed è stato da allora che ho iniziato a cambiare anche nelle piccole cose della vita quotidiana (anche per il bene di @stea90, (a volte sono un po' rompina) ma non diciamoglielo).
In questo momento della mia vita, sono in una fase di cambiamento sotto tanti aspetti, ma rispetto a prima, cerco di viverla in maniera più serena e consapevole. Anche lo scrivere è un primo passo verso il cambiamento per me.

Reiki is a Japanese discipline, based on energy rebalancing, personal growth and self-healing. Reiki acts as a tool of personal awareness and in the deepest roots of ourselves.
Through Reiki treatment we are able to bring balance and tranquility into our lives and that of the people near us.
The founder of Reiki Master Mikao Usui (about whom I will tell you shortly), during his journey, understood that it was not enough to rebalance the body alone, and therefore to guide us in the process of personal growth, he recognized five principles which are:
Just for today
- Don't get angry (don't get angry, if you go to see it doesn't bring you any benefit)
- Don't worry (don't worry about the past, you can't change it, don't worry about the future, you can't know what will happen, live in the present moment)
- Be grateful (be grateful to life for what you have, and even when life has played a joke on you, thank it because without that joke you wouldn't be who you are today)
- Carry out your work with dedication (this is easy, I won't explain it)
- Be kind to people (always be kind, you never know who have in front of us, and we don't know what that person is going through)
Master Usui had said that only if we understand these five principles, we will make a change that will guide us throughout our lives.

Its founder is Master Mikao Usui, born in the village of Taniai-mura (today Miyama-cho), from a wealthy family. His father and mother were practicing Pure Land Buddhists of Japanese Buddhism.
In his life, he had performed various trades, and, in 1922, at the age of 57, having not yet found his way, he decided to retire to meditate on Mount Kurama. He remained in retreat on the mountain for 21 days, 21 days of meditation and fasting. At the end of these days, he rediscovered the universal energy, which could be of fundamental importance for strengthening the natural talents that every human being has innate, such as for example the balance of the spirit, the health of the body and of the mind.
Descending from Mount Kurama, he decided that this gift received could not be handed down only in his family (as usually happened in Japan), but he had to share it with other people.
In the same year he opened his first Reiki school "Usui Reyti Ryoho Gakkai" in Aoyama, Tokyo.
In 1925 he moved to Nakano to expand his school.
From 1922 until his death in 1926, he practiced, taught and trained many students and masters of Reiki.
Master Usui's tomb is in Saihoji Jodo-Su Temple in Tokyo.
To put the Reiki technique into practice, it is enough to participate in a first level course to be able to practice it on yourself or on others.
Reiki can be used basically in three levels:
- Personal
- For work
- Professional (Reiki as a profession)
The reasons why one approaches Reiki are infinite, and whatever it is, one begins to have a different awareness than before, and consequently (naturally when one is ready), one also begins to change something in one's life , whether it is in the personal, work and why not also in the professional sphere.
This is happening to me right now in my life.
I met the discipline of Reiki a few years ago when I was still living in Parma. When I received the treatments, I noticed that they aroused something in me, they definitely made me feel better physically too, but I felt that beyond that something else was missing, but I just didn't understand what..
In the meantime I'm moving to Veneto, I was going through a rather particular period of my life, and as they say "a light bulb went on". I remembered Reiki, opened the much-loved social networks (Facebook in this case), and tried to find a Reiki operator. Among the many people who appeared, I was immediately intrigued by a profile Jessica Reiki Practitioner (after a few months she became my Reiki teacher for Level One).
I took the mobile number, and contacted her, we agreed to meet a few days later.
After receiving some treatment, I felt lighter, and I began to see things that before I could not or rather I did not want to see.
A few months later, Jessica told me that she was going to take the first level Reiki course, and she asked me if I would like to participate. Naturally my answer could only be positive.
I remember preparing the clothes to wear a week before.
The weekend of the course was an explosion of emotions. There were moments of laughter, sharing, crying of pain, of awareness that led to the most beautiful crying in my opinion which is the liberating one. Hugs, words of comfort.

In these two days, I learned a lot of information regarding Reiki, and I began to understand many dynamics that happened in my life, but this time I saw them in a different way than usual, and above all I began to understand (and still I continue to understand it today), that if I wanted things to change, the first that must change was me. And it was then that I started to change even in the little things of everyday life (also for @stea90's sake, (sometimes I'm a bit annoying) but let's not tell him).
In this moment of my life, I am in a phase of change in many respects, but compared to before, I try to live it in a more serene and aware way. Writing is also a first step towards change for me.
