# Today I learnt...

## I live in a multicultural city. 
I went to an appointment yesterday in a particularly diverse part of Sydney. 
_Perhaps it could be referred to as a cultural melting pot._

I've seen variations of signs that instruct of the proper us of the apparatus of the seated toilet.

I'm familiar with the sign below, it is a common sight around Sydney's public toilets.
The squat technique and indeed the squatting toilet is a common and appropriate poop technique, and the natural way things are done, should we truly follow our instincts.

The worst one I've seen, though I'm sure it made sense to someone, was a 'western toilet' in India with a seat with boot pads, to somehow comfortably manage the high rise squat. 

As for the photo shown, somebody has to teach the robots how to properly eject their used oil😂

I was in a busy public bathroom somewhere and I remember trying desperately to get out of the way of his projectile trajectory. The only difference is that in my dream the person was standing about 6 feet away and aiming more for what looked like a men's urinal.

**I didn't understand why I had such a dream when I awoke this morning.** 

I can only now be left to wonder if it was more a premonition of what I was going to read later in the day today (ie. your post).

Perhaps it is relevant to my appointment?i had a very revealing mri of my spine at that place. Maybe the start of sorting through some big issues. Maybe it symbolises that _clearing out_ of issue.

Well I hope your MRI visit turns out to be ok for you. I'm here typing this and sincerely hoping for the best in terms of your health.

Regarding your post, yes that's correct. I dreamed what I did the night *before* ever reading your post. And to be honest, that image has *never* crossed my mind before. You just don't see signs like that in North America. At least I never have. I am familiar with your second, squatting, example though.

I don't know it means except maybe to remind me that **coincidences don't really exist**, especially when they are that unlikely.
