Many of us have caused ourselves more harm than good because of our inability to let people go because of the memories we've shared with them, many of us have refused to give up on friendships that we know no longer exist. 

Many of us have refused to cut the tiers with people who have shown us that they long cut the tiers that bonded us together with them, many have held on to what has already been broken and can not be patched because of how damaged it is and can not be repaired because it is beyond repair.

Many of us for too long a time are in a relationship/friendship alone because we've refused to see the reality that the persons or people we are in the "Ship" together had a long time left us because they don't want us or they don't need us anymore.

Don't hold on to people who have seen you as you like you no longer existed to them, don't hold to people who feel like they are doing you good being friends with you, don't hold on to people who have shown you with their actions that they don't need you in their lives

Don't hold on to people who make you feel they are doing you good being friends or in a relationship with you, don't hold on to friendships or relationships that make you feel less of yourself, don't hold on to friendships or relationships that constantly makes you doubt yourself worth, and value. 

Don't hold on to friendships or relationships that constantly kill your self-esteem and self-confidence, they are not worth holding onto for your sanity's sake, let them go and watch you live the happiest life and the happiest human on earth. Life is too short to hold on to such people, life is too short to live such life, so make a choice not to hold on to things that had long been in extinction.
