How to make Roasted & Salted Almonds

Ingredients for Salted and Roasted almonds in a pan

Almond - 1 cup (200 g) salt - ½ small spoon - 2 cups (to roast almonds)

Take ½ teaspoon of salt in a bowl. Add 2 tbsp of water and stir the salt. Put this water on the almond and mix it well.

Take a heavy frying pan. Put the used salt in it and heat it for 5 minutes. Keep it running in a minute, so that the salt gets heated up till the top. Keep running almonds of almonds in a minute, so that the water that has sat down should also be found in almond well.
After 5 minutes, put almonds in hot salt. Fry them continuously and fry them on medium flame. Almonds are ready to fry when the almond blooming and good aroma. Filter them in a separate plate and let it cool so that it becomes crystallized. It takes 3 minutes to roast these almonds.

Perfectly crispy and tasty almonds are ready. After cooling them completely, keep them in the air tight container and when you have your mind, take them out and take them out.

You can use this salt again and even if you can use the already used salt. Take a heavy frying pan to roast the almond. Heat the salt completely. After the heat is warmed, after mixing almonds with medium or medium low flame continuously, watch the clock and fry for 3 minutes and immediately filter. They can burn if they are heavily roasted. If you are feeling excessively salt on top of almonds, then you can scrub the almond or remove it from the cloth to remove it.
