God desire for us to stay healthy both spiritual and physical,  we should make our physical wellbeing a priority. The bible is the book of wisdom, and being in good health is also a wisdom, because as believers we are of good advantage in maintaining a good health record. When we listen to the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ, we will discover those vices that affect the health and abstain from them, rather than being a victim of addiction, alcoholism, hard drugs and things that are not good for the health, thereby endangering our health.

The way we should live is the healthy way because it's God's way. We must follow the ways of the bible for us to attain a healthy stature of our body and soul until death, because serving God does not only make our soul prosperous, but it also nourishes our health.

We are called as believers to maintain both our spiritual and physical wellbeing always. Therefore, we must always follow the teachings of Christ, put them into practice, and also take care of our body by eating good food for us to stay healthy both spiritual and physical because that's God's desire for us.
