<div class=text-justify>Buenas tardes queridos amigos de Hive, es un placer poder compartir nuevamente con ustedes, luego de unas semanas ausentes por problema de conexión a internet.

En esta oportunidad quiero unirme a la maravillosa iniciativa promovida por @escuadron201 en la comunidad de aliento, la misma surgió luego del podcast de @eddiespino y @shadowmyst donde @fermionico hablo de sus inicios en Hive. 

El tema está buenísimo, el nos invita a responder 2 preguntas: 

# ¿Cómo crees que deberían de ser los Hivers? 

Creo que como Hivers debemos ser solidarios, mejorar cara día y dar lo mejor de  uno en cada publicación, escuchar las indicaciones o sugerencias de aquellos usuarios que tienen más tiempo y más experiencia, pues Hive es una gran familia, integrada por personas con mucho talento, yo particularmente me siento muy afortunada de poder formar parte de ella, creo que de eso se trata este ecosistema, de una retroalimentación contante, donde cada uno aporta un poquito.

Se que me falta mucho camino por recorrer pero desde mis inicio me ayudo mucho a mejorar un poco mis publicaciones, todas aquellas observaciones, sugerencias y recomendaciones de diferentes usuarios. 

Y creo que así debes ser todos los Hivers, solidarios, compañeros, y ayudarnos mutuamente. 


# ¿Cómo crees que deberían de evolucionar los Hivers? 

Creo que cada ser es Único, con habilidades y talentos, cada uno irá creciendo a su ritmo, a mi particularmente me costo mucho ir creciendo, eran muy lenta, y todo era nuevo para mi, tardaba hora en crear un contenido, como les  mencioné en otras publicaciones, nunca fui de redes sociales, esta es mi primeras experiencia!! Pero desde que di mis primeros pasos en Hive, me sorprendió gratamente, hay contenido fabuloso e innovador. 

Hay publicaciones para todos los gustos. Creo que con paciencia, dedicación y esfuerzo cada uno irá cosechando las metas propuestas.

# How do you think Hivers should evolve?

>I believe that each being is Unique, with skills and talents, each one will grow at their own pace, it was particularly difficult for me to grow, they were very slow, and everything was new to me, it took an hour to create content, as I mentioned in other publications, I never went to social networks, this is my first experience!! But since I took my first steps on Hive, I have been pleasantly surprised, there is fabulous and innovative content.

>There are publications for all tastes. I believe that with patience, dedication and effort, each one will achieve the proposed goals.
