Como padres , surgen muchas dudas, sobre todo cuando somos padres primerizos, centramos nuestro amor y total atención en nuestro primogénito, inclusive llegamos a consentir tanto a nuestro hijo que podemos llegar al punto de malcriarlos un poco.
Es una línea muy delgada entre el amor y las normas que todo niño debe tener.
Es ahí donde radica la importancia de los valores en su crianza.
Creo que valores como el respeto, la humildad, responsabilidad, solidaridad y el amor deben formar parte primordial de su formación como individuos de una sociedad.
Debo confesar que soy del tipo de personas cariñosa, con mi seres queridos y amigos, así que se podrán imagina como soy con mi único hijo, desde que nació es mi debilidad.
Pero gracias a Dios, mi hijo es un niño tranquilo y obediente.
Por fortuna, siempre mi madre con su experiencia y sabiduría me orienta, y me conduce por el camino correcto.
Sin embargo siempre me pregunto, si lo estoy haciendo bien, hasta el punto de entender que a veces lo sobreprotejo, me levanto a velar su sueño, quiero controlar sus gustos y preferencias y no logro entender que a pesar de haber cumplido 9 años de edad, siento que no lo estoy dejando crecer interiormente, que limito sus potencialidades, que no le permito ser él mismo.
Pero en realidad es que literalmente siento que es mi niño, que le puede suceder algo malo si le falto y eso me inquieta. Después me autoanalizo y estoy consciente que los hijos son de la vida, que a pesar de ser su mamá necesita ser independiente, realizarse con mi ayuda y orientación pero haciendo las cosas por sí mismo. Es entendible que el amor por un hijo no debe impedir corregir sus debilidades.
Por lo tanto si queremos hijos fuertes, debemos transmitir nuestra fortaleza con amor, pero con firmeza, si no él pierde la posibilidad de ser integral ante un abanico de debilidades y fracasos. Sé que no es fácil pero es nuestro deber. Amar no es ser ciego y cuando no le enseñamos deberes y responsabilidades a nuestros hijos, no podemos esperar mucho de ellos.
Concluyó los hijos aprenden más con el el ejemplo que con el consejo.
