In this article I will tell you about a personal experience I had today and I think it would be interesting to make it known in case you have a business that could fall into this error, since in some cases it could be fatal for the company's brand.

Today I went out with my girlfriend to see some businesses in a mall that is near our house and that could have some discounts for Black Friday, and although I really did not feel like going to buy something, I went to see if I could see something that interested me and make a purchase at that time, and what I could find were 3 experiences a little unpleasant.

I'll start with the least unpleasant one, which is that the business that I like to go to sometimes to buy clothes, did not have clothes for men this time, and well, I think it could be because they sold everything and they have to reorder to put other clothes on display again.

After this we went to another business that is recognized in Venezuela and that my girlfriend likes very much, and I have bought there about 2 times, and this time there were many people buying inside the business, so we went in and we were attended by a sales executive who explained to us that there were discounts between 10 to 40% in selected clothes for women, and then he looked at me and told me that for men there were only clothes with a maximum of 10% but that it was very little, at that moment I left the business without seeing absolutely nothing.

Finally, it happened that my girlfriend went into a women-only clothing business that I was not allowed to enter, and then I saw that they did not let 2 men enter either, even though they were accompanied by 2 women each, which caused me indignation and I made some stories in instagram to which the business answered me to know what had happened, I really liked the way they treated me for instagram, but it could have been something much worse, for example, something I said in one of my stories is that if that had happened to a woman or a homosexual, very possibly they would have already burned down the business through social networks, in this case it didn't happen, but who knows if in the future a mistake like that could come out a little more expensive.

We must be careful with this type of thing in our business, first because it is something that makes customers angry and do not want to return to that business and along with this create a bad reputation among their friends, and on the other hand, there may be a movement in social networks that can be unrewarding for those who run the business.

En este artículo les comentare una experiencia personal que tuve hoy y que creo que sería interesante hacerla conocida por si tienen algún negocio que pueda caer en este error, ya que en algunos casos podría ser fatal para la marca de la empresa.

Hoy salí con mi novia a ver algunos negocios en un centro comercial que está cerca de nuestra casa y que podrían tener algunos descuentos por Black Friday, y aunque yo realmente no tenía ganas de ir a comprar algo, fui a ver si podía ver algo que me interesara y hacer una compra en ese momento, y lo que me pude encontrar fueron 3 experiencias un poco desagradables.

Comenzare con la menos desagradable, que se refiere a que el negocio al cual me gusta ir en ocasiones a comprar ropa no tenía ropa para hombres esta vez, y bueno, pienso que pudo ser porque vendieron todo y tiene que volver a hacer un pedido para colocar otras prendas de ropa en exhibición nuevamente.

Luego de esto fuimos a otro negocio que es reconocido en Venezuela y que le gusta mucho a mi novia, y yo he comprado ahí unas 2 veces, y esta vez habían muchas personas comprando dentro del negocio, por lo que entramos y nos atendió un ejecutivo de ventas que nos explicó que había descuentos entre 10 a 40% en ropa seleccionada para mujer, y luego me miro a mí y me dijo que para hombre solo había ropa con un máximo de 10% pero que era muy poca, en ese momento salí del negocio sin ver absolutamente nada.

 Por último, ocurrió que mi novia entro en un negocio de ropa solo para mujer al que a mí no me dejaron ingresar, y luego vi que tampoco dejaron ingresar a 2 hombres, aun cuando estaban acompañados por 2 mujeres cada uno, lo que me causó indignación e hice unas historias en instagram a lo que el negocio me respondió para saber qué había ocurrido, realmente me gusto la forma en que me trataron por instagram, pero pudo haber sido algo mucho peor, por ejemplo, algo que dije en una de mis historias es que si eso le hubiera ocurrido a una mujer o a un homosexual, muy posiblemente ya hubieran quemado al negocio por las redes sociales, en este caso no ocurrió, pero quien sabe si en el futuro puede salir un poco más costoso un error de este estilo.

Debemos tener cuidado con este tipo de cosas en nuestros negocios, primero porque es algo que hace que los clientes se enojen y no quieran volver a ese negocio y junto a esto creen una mala fama entre sus amigos, y por otro lado, puede haber un movimiento en las redes sociales que pueda ser poco gratificante para quienes manejan el negocio.
