These last few days I've seen some people who are experts in different markets say that we have to keep a little bit of liquidity in our portfolio and avoid making purchases these days because there's a great possibility that there is a widespread bubble in the markets, from real estate, to stocks and even Bitcoin itself.

In the case of real estate, it is said that houses in many places in the United States are overvalued because there is very little supply for a lot of demand, and this happens because people who have houses and want to sell them think a lot because they don't know if whoever might go to see the house is infected by the current coronavirus and might infect family members, so they refrain from making a sale order at the present time.

This at the same time that many other people are trying to take advantage of the low interest rates to try to make investments in various markets, and one of those is real estate, so there are many people with very cheap credit who try to buy very few houses, and this real estate manager has seen how there are people who make a price war, in which there can always be someone willing to pay more for the same house (returning to the same thing that happened in 2008).

Besides this, we can see the case of the technological ones, which have had an interesting price rise in the last months, even without being backed up by sales or innovation that could sustain such big rises, so we can see that there is something interesting in this type of actions nowadays.

And I personally see the same thing with Bitcoin at the moment, and I'm not saying that it has to go down to $8,000, but that its movement has been very vertical and without resting at some point, so I wouldn't invest yet, but rather that it is a sign accumulating capital to wait for a correction, which can happen in a week or a month, but when it happens I will be prepared to enter with even more capital.

It is interesting what is happening in the markets, right after a big fall that we had at the beginning of this year, and it is difficult to know how long it will remain like this, but if there is one thing we must be clear about, it is that vertical movements are not something healthy and normal in the markets, and that a correction can be seen at any time, and that normally it can be 30% to 50% and still remain in a healthy upward trend.

Estos últimos días he visto a algunas personas expertas en distintos mercados decir que hay que mantenernos con un poco de liquidez en el portafolio y evitar hacer compras en estos días porque hay una gran posibilidad de que exista una burbuja generalizada en los mercados, desde los bienes raíces, hasta las acciones y el mismo Bitcoin.

En el caso de los bienes raíces se dice que las casas en muchos lugares de Estados Unidos están sobrevaloradas porque existe muy poca oferta para mucha demanda, y esto ocurre porque las personas que tienen casas y quieren venderla piensan mucho porque no saben si quien pueda ir a ver la casa este contagiado por el coronavirus actual y pueda contagiar a los miembros de familia, por lo que se abstienen a hacer una orden de venta en la actualidad.

Esto al mismo tiempo que muchas otras personas están tratando de aprovechar los bajos tipos de interés para intentar hacer inversiones en varios mercados, y uno de esos son los bienes raíces, por lo que hay muchas personas con un crédito muy barato que intentan comprar muy pocas casas, y esta gestora de bienes raíces ha visto como hay personas que hacen una guerra de precios, en la que siempre puede haber alguien dispuesto a pagar más por la misma casa (volviendo a lo mismo que ocurrió en el 2008).

Además de esto, podemos ver el caso de las tecnológicas, que han tenido un alza de precio interesante en los últimos meses, aun sin que estén respaldados por ventas o innovación que pueda sostener las alzas tan grandes, por lo que podemos ver que existe algo interesante en este tipo de acciones en la actualidad.

Y yo personalmente veo lo mismo con el Bitcoin actualmente, y no digo que tiene que bajar a los 8.000$, sino que su movimiento ha sido muy vertical y sin descanso, por lo que yo no invertiría aun, sino que signo acumulando capital para esperar a una corrección, que puede ocurrir en una semana o en un mes, pero cuando ocurra estaré preparado para ingresar con aun más capital.

Es interesante lo que está ocurriendo en los mercados, justo después de una gran caída que tuvimos a inicios de este año, y es difícil saber cuánto tiempo va a mantener asi, pero si algo debemos tener claro es que los movimientos verticales no son algo saludable y normal en los mercados, y que se puede ver una corrección en cualquier momento, y que con toda normalidad puede ser de 30% y aun mantenerse en una tendencia alcista saludable.
