A good part of the problems we have is to make a bad analysis that leads to a bad result, which usually occurs because we do not have the necessary knowledge to make a good analysis, but in this article I want to comment on another type of problem that is also very common and that does not necessarily refer to a problem of analysis, but to feel fear at the time of executing the decision.

Doing a good analysis is useless if we do not execute the action we should do, and by this I mean any area of our life, because in labor matters, you need a person to do what you have to do, not to analyze well and this remains in a thought, but the same thing happens in the family, in investments, in health and really in everything we do.

Something that is not done does not have any result, even when the reality is that it could have had a positive result, which is one of the most frequent problems that people have when deciding, which is the fear of the result or shame in the execution, and this makes that most of the times the result is that everything remains the same as it was before.

Knowledge in itself is not useful unless something is done with the knowledge, and this is the reason why people are not always hired for the knowledge they have, but for what they are able to do, and that refers mainly to the experience they have, not to the university degrees they have, because there are also people who know how to think, but at the time of doing something, they are useless.

In history books we can see many people who have achieved important things, but we can also see that there are many people who we could call "intelligent" (not all intelligent people are those who were popular, because there are those who think very well without becoming someone remarkable in history) but who failed to do something important because they stayed in thought, to which we can also refer to several people we have met and we know that they have great potential to achieve great things but simply do not do it.

Analyzing and deciding is very important, but it becomes useless if we do not execute the decision, and unfortunately this is where many people fall for various reasons that each person can understand, and the history books are not full of those who thought well, but of those who executed well.

Una buena parte de los problemas que tenemos es por hacer un mal análisis que nos lleva a un mal resultado, lo que usualmente ocurre debido a que no se tienen los conocimientos necesarios para hacer un buen análisis, pero en este artículo les quiero comentar sobre otro tipo de problema que también es muy frecuente y que no necesariamente se refiere a un problema de análisis, sino a sentir miedo al momento de ejecutar la decisión.

Hacer un buen análisis es inutil si no ejecutamos la acción que debemos hacer, y con esto me refiero a cualquier área de nuestra vida, porque en materia laboral, se necesita una persona que haga lo que tiene que hacer, no que analise bien y esto se quede en un pensamiento, pero lo mismo ocurre en la familia, en las inversiones, en la salud y realmente en todo lo que hacemos.

Algo que no se hace no tiene ningún resultado, aun cuando la realidad es que si pudo haber tenido un resultado positivo, lo cual es uno de los problemas más frecuentes que tienen las personas al momento de decidir, qué es el miedo al resultado o vergüenza en la ejecución, y esto hace que la mayor parte de las veces el resultado sea que todo se mantiene igual que como estaba antes.

El conocimiento en sí mismo no es útil a menos que se haga algo con el conocimiento, y esta es la razón por la que no siempre se contrata a personas por los conocimientos que tiene, sino por lo que son capaces de hacer, y que se refiere principalmente a la experiencia que tiene, lo a los títulos universitarios que posea, porque también existen personas que saben pensar, pero que al momento de hacer algo, son inútiles.

En los libros de historia podemos ver a muchas personas que han logrado cosas importantes, pero también podemos ver que faltan muchas personas que podríamos llamar “inteligentes” (no todas las personas inteligentes son aquellos que fueron populares, porque hay quienes piensan muy bien sin llegar a ser alguien notable en la historia) pero que no lograron hacer algo importante debido a que se quedaron en el pensamiento, a lo cual también podemos hacer referencia a varias personas que hemos podido conocer y que sabemos que tienen mucho potencial para lograr grandes cosas pero simplemente no lo hacen.

Analizar y decidir es muy importante, pero se hace inutil si no ejecutamos la decisión, y lamentablemente es aquí donde muchas personas caen por varias razones que cada persona puede entender, y los libros de historia no están llenos de aquellos que pensaron bien, sino de aquellos que ejecutaron bien.
