Last week a friend of mine in the NFT space sadly passed away. He was just in his early 20s, I think probably 22 years. I learnt from someone that he died of heart attack(Not sure though). Sadly it's the youths that are carrying deadly diseases now without them even knowing. The situation of the country has made it so that lot of young people now suffer from high blood pressure and they have no idea. Just imagine a young boy of 22years dying of heart attack, just so sad. Now it got me thinking of what will happen to his crypto.

I kept wondering if his family members will be able to access his wallets? Or do they even know he has some money somewhere? It's no news that anything can happen to any of us any day. That is why its very important to plan a future for our crypto assets. Crypto isn't like physical funds where the bank will give the money and other physical assets to next of kin. Most people trading or earning in crypto don't even open up to their families and the ones that do have no single will for it. God forbids something bad happens, the crypto is lost forever. Therefore it's very important to make a will somewhere if we can't trust our next of kin enough to keep our passwords with them. Lawyers are trained and they have the ability to keep the keys and password to our walets for the next of kin in case something happen. You can even write down how you want them to be shared. Don't say you are too young to have a will, as long as you're earning and you have some savings in crypto then you are expected to have a will. 

If you now think you still can't trust lawyers, you can write your passwords and save it in your mail. Then write your mail password somewhere and keep it in your room. You can tell someone you trust like your mum or dad where you keep the mail password. That way, they can find the password to access your Gmail and from your Gmail, they will be able to access your wallet and savings.

It's not to late now, take that step and plan for your crypto. Don't wait for tomorrow.
