¿Dónde están los amantes de la merienda? 🙋 Particularmente no soy muy aficionada a los postres muy dulces, me gusta el chocolate pero en porciones pequeñas y generalmente tengo problemas cuando compro tortas, porque en su mayoría tienen mucha azúcar. Sin embargo, este tipo de inconvenientes tienen solución y es preparando por mi cuenta mis meriendas 😌 Tengo que aprovechar esta parte de mi vida en que me gusta estar metida en la cocina, y me encanta que puedo compartir con ustedes mi propia manera de preparar las cosas.

Así que les mostraré cómo preparo un delicioso ponqué de cambur marmoleado, con poca azúcar y sin necesidad de utilizar una batidora eléctrica. ¡Espero les guste!

Where are the snack lovers? 🙋 I'm not particularly fond of very sweet desserts, I like chocolate but in small portions and I usually have problems when I buy cakes, because most of them have a lot of sugar. However, these types of inconveniences have a solution and it is by preparing my snacks on my own 😌 I have to take advantage of this part of my life in which I like to be involved in the kitchen, and I love that I can share with you my own way of preparing stuff.

* En un bowl grande vamos a ligar la harina de trigo con los ingredientes secos como son la sal, la canela y el bicarbonato, mezclando todo bien.

* En esta parte viene la prueba de fuego 😂 Porque si no tienes batidora eléctrica, vas a trabajar tus brazos como nunca antes y es por el motivo de que debemos batir los huevos y la azúcar, hasta que la mezcla se torne en un tono blanco. Para poder lograr este reto, tuve que pedirle ayuda a mi esposo, así que batíamos por turnos hasta que lo conseguimos. Esta es la parte donde duele no tener todas las herramientas necesarias 😅

* Seguidamente vamos a pasar esa mezcla a un bol más grande, porque el siguiente paso sería mezclar con la harina de trigo que preparamos. Entonces vamos a utilizar un colador para cernir la harina, y con ayuda de una paleta, vamos mezclando todo poco a poco hasta lograr una consistencia pastosa.
