Making a simple dish: Poached egg on a bed of spinach.

I'm a firm believer of making simple fast dishes. This is to stay motivated to cook every day healthy. So yesterday I decided to make a poached egg with spinach in less than 10 minutes. Bigger eaters can add two slices of toast and some bacon in the dish.

## Ingredients for one meal:
* (toast & bacon if you like)
* 2 eggs
* 250 grams of spinach
* butter
* feta
* garlic powder
* mustard
* pepper
* salt

### Step 1:
start with boiling a big pan of water and add some salt to it. To poach the eggs you need to make a little whirlpool in the water. If you don't know how to poach an egg [click here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iHGO8ygUk0w). Break the egg and slowly let it slide into the water. Do this for both eggs. Wait 2 a 3 minutes and your eggs are done.

### Step 2:
At the same time you melt some butter in a pan and stir fry the spinach for some minutes. Put the slices of bread in the toaster if you like and you are almost done!

### Last step:
Now you simply put the spinach on a plate but the eggs on top and add feta, mustard, garlic powder and pepper for taste!

Well I learned how to poach an egg without one of those fancy egg poacher devices that are so hard to clean!  
I like this too because I watch my weight and I’ll have to skip the toast and bacon.
