Dear @patriamreminisci, Perhaps, Tens of millions of Chinese would die of starvation if US exports of grain and meat were banned to China. Then the starvation-weary Chinese will cause riots and revolutions.

I don't know if they have a "revolution" left in them, and they could get access to at least SOME food from other sources. But there would be riots, and the starvation crisis they are already having would get worse. It would be enough to destabilize the country, at least.
