### *Here is a little of my review of SmartMedia Tokens*

#### As you have realized or can be obtained immediately on the STEEM blockchain, there you will be able to make tokens like Ethereum or Bitshares.





#### The news was released today, I and several other elected people have known this for some time.



#### Services that use "upvotes" or "likes" will be able to have their tokens that work with upvotes here.  So if several large sites decide to pay users for comments, votes or whatever automatically, from now on they will be able to do that.  Their users don't even know what's called STEEM under the token they get.  In this way companies will become a kind of white label their tokens by using the STEEM blockchain.



#### People and companies will be able to make ICO.  STEEM has two advantages - zero fees and super fast transactions.  Ethereum or Bitshares have it.  So in the future people will be able to make ICO as a STEEM token that will be fast and inexpensive for everyone.

### The market has reacted to the news but I'm not sure if everyone understands the implications.

#### Okay so you are all pumped now.  But keep in mind - this technology hasn't worked, it's just a whitepaper.  We don't have a date when it will be implemented or how easy it is to make tokens.  Talk in a moment - this news takes time to come true but if it works as suggested - the road looks good.
