Yesterday reminded me that kindness still lives and that sometimes, it shows up when you least expect it.  >My Friend that made my Day. A good friend came over, and instead of just catching up or chatting the day away, she said she wants to assist me with some work. So she rolled up her sleeves and *offered to help me wash.* Yes, wash! 🧺🧼  >We cool like that. Now, this may sound simple, but to me, it meant so much more. It was the **first time** someone was ever going to offered me that kind of help without asking, without expecting anything in return , that was just pure love in action.  As she worked alongside me, I couldn't stop smiling and talking. It felt like a warm hug from life itself. Sometimes we think support has to be big and dramatic, but it’s the little things, the thoughtful gestures, the quiet help, the shared moments, that leave the deepest impact. I was truly happy. Not just because the load was lighter, but because my heart felt seen. I felt loved. This moment reminded me to be more intentional about appreciating the people who show up for us, even in the smallest ways. Because those small things? They mean everything and they matter a lot. To my friend thank you. You didn’t just help me wash clothes; you refreshed me you made me experience what love means in action.
