# ¿Cómo ha sido tu experiencia en @holos-lotus durante este año?

<p><div class="text-justify"> Durante este año me he nutrido muchísimo a través de @holos-lotus sus interesantes publicaciones siempre nos invitan a  la reflexión de forma respetuosa. Cuando expreso que lo hacen de forma respetuosa es, porque basta con pasarte semana a semana por las iniciativas @damarysvibra. Ella desde su perspectiva interactiva y muy nutrida no invita al crecimiento personal. Es como cuando disimuladamente le  dices a un amigo muy querido que puede cambiar y le regalas un libro, pues algo así ocurre cuando estas en Holos&Lotus.</div></p>

# ¿Qué te ha motivado para escribir en @holos-lotus?

Me ha motivado primero la interacción que existe en la comunidad. Te nutres, compartes, creces desde el Ser y te sientes acompañado. 

<p><div class="text-justify"> En el punto de la compañía me gusta muchísimo más ver como poco a poco se han ido sumando columnista y personas valiosas que se esmeran por compartir publicaciones interesantes para sus lectores. Siempre desde la motivación y el crecimiento. Inclusive de esto tengo una anécdota personal. ¡Bueno! personal porque me la tome personal.Jajaja</div></p>

## <center>**Te cuento:**</center>

<p><div class="text-justify"> Resulta que en una publicación semanal de damarys un usuario le dejo un comentario interesante. Él estaba asombrado por lo nutrido e interesante de las publicaciones de Damarys. Todos sabemos que nos da una clase magistral desde todos los aspectos y finalmente te invita a la iniciativa.</div></p>

<p><div class="text-justify"> Entonces este usuario se entusiasmó al leer su publicación y comentar. También hacía mención de que se sentía algo solo en Hive. Entonces acto seguido que creen. Me fui a su perfil jajaja.</div></p>

## <center>**Buscaba el Crecimiento Personal en Hive**</center>

Y su perfil también estaba orientado a crecimiento personal, entre otras cosas. Pero algo llamo muchísimo mi atención. 

En sus últimas publicaciones también decía que se sentía invisible en Hive. Específicamente en ese momento leí una publicación llamada **¨Como fantasma en Hive”**. En ella hasta el mismísimo @Eddiespino le respondió. Yo vi eso y dije ¡Wow! Quizás el amigo necesitaba algo más. Digo yo por especular, el calor humano de la interacción.

> Para mi agrado y sorpresa ya damarys lo había visitado también. Hasta le dio puntuales recomendaciones, que el amigo abiertamente estaba pidiendo.

<p><div class="text-justify"> Luego hubo una significativa respuesta por parte de Damarys días posteriores y el amigo las recibió felizmente en varios comentarios. Posteriormente la amiga lo invita al Discord. Y ¿Adivinen? Fue y Estaba feliz de estar allí. Y Así como un mágico cuento de amistad y empatía, el amigo fue acercándose más y más a @holos-lotus un lugar donde encontró el crecimiento personal que buscaba desde todos los aspectos.</div></p>

## <center>**“Un pequeño detalle que hace la diferencia”**</center>

- Quedé encantada con aquel gesto de Damarys. Quizás así como yo muchos lo vieron, entonces es el momento en el que un maestro da el ejemplo. Y los estudiantes le observan, es el momento perfecto para dar el ejemplo. Y se preguntan:

<p><div class="text-justify">¿Le respondo? ,¿Tiene muchos seguidores?, ¿Tiene HP alto? Muchas cosas que a veces se van alejando de la sensibilidad humana por la búsqueda de un voto alto o el hecho de estar tanto tiempo acá que nos limitamos a  nuestro circulo. Ciertamente el amigo escribe muy bien, interactúan en el Discord y está activo en la plataforma.</div></p>

## <center> **Estar en @holos-lotus es crecer, compartir y acompañarnos en un viaje maravilloso que a todos nos gusta.**</center>

**¿Qué te gustaría recibir de  @holos-lotus? ¿Qué otras actividades piensas que se pueden promover?**

<p><div class="text-justify"> Me gustaría seguir recibiendo regalos, premios y sorpresas jajaja..Bueno, no me juzguen mal, a quien no le gusta recibir regalos. Además me llevo uno muy bonito este año que recibí de damarys.</div></p>

<p><div class="text-justify"> Pero él ser necesita alimento y desearía seguir en constante transformación, compartir, mirar atrás y agradecer por cuánto ha crecido la comunidad para brindarnos bienestar. Por ello dejo toda ventana abierta para seguir recibiendo de Holos&Lotus más enseñanzas y experiencias para mi crecimiento.</div></p>

<p><div class="text-justify"> Esperamos más aniversarios y más años de mucho compartir; sobre todo porque a veces nos aislamos un poco del mundo exterior por múltiples razones, y aunque Hive es un ventana virtual, @holos-lotus nos acerca desde las vivencias, desde lo humano y la necesidad de compartir diaria.</div></p>

<p><div class="text-justify"> Les comentaría que podemos promover un encuentro de Yoga, relajación,  meditación o Biodanza; tengo curiosidad y ganas de aprender muchas cosas que he leído de los columnistas. Pero creo que es complicado encontrarnos todos en un solo lugar.</div></p>

**¿Te parece que los temas que se han manejado en la Comunidad han contribuido a tu crecimiento integral de alguna forma?**

<p><div class="text-justify"> Si totalmente. Los temas me han enriquecido. Leer de las experiencias de otros hivers también nos deja grandes aportes. @holos-lotus nos permite conocer diferentes enfoques, ya que todos somos bienvenidos; y eso nos aporta en la diversidad y aceptación, además de que nos ayuda a entender como se ve el aprendizaje desde todas las edades, género y costumbre.</div></p>

# ¿Qué otras temáticas propones para la Comunidad?

<p><div class="text-justify"> Me gustaría tener un espacio donde pueda ver y escuchar videos de meditación, relajación,  respiración consciente  o ejercicios simples guiados para mí día a día.</div></p>

**¿Qué puedes aportar u ofrecer para el fortalecimiento de la Comunidad y la consecución de su objetivo de compartir bienestar?**

<p><div class="text-justify"> El compromiso desde la convicción de que estoy en el lugar adecuado para mí. El compromiso desde el amor y la certeza a crear contenido auténtico y de calidad; es la forma que tengo para fortalecer, contribuir y aportar con la comunidad y con a todos aquellos lectores que hacen vida activa en la comunidad.</div></p>

> **Mi experiencia y la de los demás siempre serán importantes y es motivo de fortalecimiento para todos.**

<p><div class="text-justify"> Desde hace algún tiempo ya los acompaño en el Trail ya que considero que la visión de la comunidad está en la misma línea de crecimiento que deseo para mi bienestar.</div></p>

# How has your experience been at @holos-lotus this year?

<p><div class="text-justify"> During this year I have been greatly nourished through @holos-lotus, their interesting publications always respectfully invite us to reflect. When I express that they do it in a respectful way, it is because it is enough to spend week after week for the initiatives @damarysvibra. She from her interactive and very nourished perspective does not invite personal growth. It's like when you surreptitiously tell a very dear friend that he can change and you give him a book, because something like that happens when you're in Holos&Lotus.</div></p>

# What has motivated you to write in @holos-lotus?

I was first motivated by the interaction that exists in the community. You nourish yourself, you share, you grow from the Being and you feel accompanied.

<p><div class="text-justify"> Regarding the company, I like it much more to see how, little by little, columnists and valuable people who strive to share interesting publications for their readers have been added. Always from motivation and growth. I even have a personal anecdote about this. Good personal because I take it personally. Hahaha</div></p>

<p><div class="text-justify">So this user was excited to read your post and comment. He also mentioned that he felt somewhat lonely in Hive. So right away they believe. I went to his profile lol.</div></p>

## <center>**I was looking for Personal Growth on Hive**</center>

And his profile was also oriented towards personal growth, among other things. But something really caught my attention.

- In your last posts you also said that you felt invisible on Hive. Specifically at that time he read a post called **"As a Ghost on Hive."** In it, even @Eddiespino himself responded. To my pleasure and surprise, Damarys had already visited him as well.He even gave him specific recommendations, which the friend was openly asking for.

- I was delighted with that gesture of Damarys. Perhaps just like me many saw it, then it is the moment in which a teacher sets the example. And the students are watching him, it's the perfect time to lead by example. And they wonder:


- Shall I reply? Does he have a lot of followers? Does he have high HP? Many things that sometimes move away from human sensitivity due to the search for a high vote or the fact of being here so long that we limit ourselves to our circle. Certainly the friend writes very well, they interact on Discord and he is active on the platform.

**What would you like to receive from @holos-lotus? What other activities do you think can be promoted?**

<p><div class="text-justify"> I would like to continue receiving gifts, prizes and surprises hahaha. Well, don't misjudge me, who doesn't like receiving gifts. I also got a very nice one this year that I received from damarys.</div></p>

<p><div class="text-justify"> But he needs food and would like to continue in constant transformation, share, look back and be thankful for how much the community has grown to provide us with well-being. That is why I leave every window open to continue receiving more teachings and experiences for my growth from Holos&Lotus.</div></p>

<p><div class="text-justify"> We look forward to more anniversaries and more years of great sharing; especially because sometimes we isolate ourselves a bit from the outside world for multiple reasons, and although Hive is a virtual window, @holos-lotus brings us closer from experiences, from the human and the need to share daily.</div></ p>

# What other topics do you propose for the Community?

<p><div class="text-justify"> I would like to have a space where I can watch and listen to videos of meditation, relaxation, conscious breathing or simple guided exercises for me every day.</div></p>

**What can you contribute or offer to strengthen the Community and achieve its goal of sharing well-being?**

<p><div class="text-justify"> The commitment from the conviction that I am in the right place for me. The commitment from love and certainty to create authentic and quality content; It is the way I have to strengthen, contribute and contribute to the community and to all those readers who make an active life in the community.</div></p>

My experience and that of others will always be important and it is a source of strength for everyone.
