* Greetings Dear Hivers, this bond of love that grows to thank #Hive, sometimes in an invisible way and other times more clearly, brings me today through this community to thank you and show you that you can. Regardless of where you are in the world, if you wish, you project it, you focus your daily energy on action and optimistic thinking, convinced that you are going to achieve it, and you also have the privilege of being in Hive, I assure you that if you may.

<p><div class="text-justify"> The special connection that is created on this noble platform fills you with Love and Joy, and that feeling quickly turns into an immense desire to thank, it is inevitable. I tell you with great pride what I have achieved this past December 2022 thanks to Hive. Perhaps my words fall short with the satisfaction I feel, but if there is a place that has given me Tranquility and Confidence despite the situation we are facing today in Venezuela, it has been the privilege of being in #Hive.</div></p>

<p><div class="text-justify"> Thank you Loving Hive for allowing us this space, in which we can spread the seeds of improvement and achievements, once you understand the true meaning of being in Hive. So we will have in this community, beautiful and true stories to tell</div></p>

**Therefore, today I tell you one more achievement, so palpable and true; like the confidence that having a backup for my future gives me, my Hive account.**

## <center>**I Dare You!**</center>

<p><div class="text-justify"> Although it is a bit complicated in my country, thinking about doing home remodeling, right now I dared to dream. And the magic happened, this past December, I dreamed that I could improve the appearance of my parents' kitchen, which had not received any improvement for 16 years. So I took out my accounts, I asked an expert and a friend of the house for advice to get down to work.</div></p>

<p><div class="text-justify"> Some materials I had at home, and others compare the prices for sale second hand and others first. I immediately thought of the @rutablockchain loan service with @ruta.loans and I said, I'm going to improve as much as I can, without stress. Any love that goes into the kitchen will make a difference and it will look better</div></p>

>According to my HP I could request 80 HBD, and I tried to adjust the price of the materials to exactly that. Surely you are wondering how did you do it? Well, the expenses were the following:

* 3 boxes of ceramics, one of the best that I already had from my old house, 2 boxes of first-rate ceramics at a low cost, which were being sold by a user on marketplace Facebook . The last two cost $23 each. In addition, 1 bag of cement was necessary for $8, I already had another at home; and 5 sacks of white paste, one I had at home and the rest cost $6 each; for a total of $78. And the most wonderful thing that happened to us, a real Christmas gift, labor was totally free.

<p><div class="text-justify"> I'll tell you about the labor, because it turns out that the same man who advised us for the materials has two cars here, in the space of dad's auto body shop. Then, he told us that he did all the work with great pleasure, since his cars require repairs in the mechanical part, and since dad finished the bodywork for him, they are still here. That was already more than a year ago. And that's how he very responsibly told us, if your father had charged me parking rent all this year, maybe I would charge this job. But I will do it with great pleasure to see your happy face when you return. Yes indeed! Be patient, I'll do it as soon as I'm free. Little by little. </div></p>

**And that's how friendship, trust and gratitude came together to make this budget a larger, cleaner and more comfortable kitchen for the whole family. They did their magic Hive, @rutablockchain with @ruta.loans my father's friendship with his friend, and this enormous gratitude that I feel for everyone.**

<p><div class="text-justify"> You may think that the expenses were few and we were lucky, but to be honest, December is a month of many expenses, and we think about Christmas dinner, baby Jesus and other rising prices that were going during all this time. But if I wasn't sure that I could request this loan from @rutablockchain, perhaps I would not have taken the initiative to go in search of more, to dare to take detailed accounts and feel confident that I could create content in my Hive account to cancel the loan </div></p>

* I feel that it is also a way to motivate us to keep HP high, since the higher HP is, the greater the amount you can request, and it is an immediate way to solve a situation or a planned goal, and not do so much Power Down. <p><div class="text-justify"> Finally, the paint to finish embellishing the kitchen cost $20 for class A or Type A, and $8 for class C, which was enough for us cover the entire part of the kitchen, and eliminate all visible coffee and dirty stains, which were on the walls. That important point had not told them. It turns out that my parents make coffee very early and on two occasions those Grecas coffee makers, where the delicious coffee is left, have flown away, scaring us a lot and staining all the walls. It turns out that my friend Chalbed recently clarified to me that Greca coffee makers have a valve that must be cleaned from time to time to avoid this type of accident.</div></p>

<p><div class="text-justify"> It is important to mention that before painting, we deep cleaned the walls, since we were not very sure of the quality of the paint despite having bought a class A and they claim to be those with the highest coverage.</div></p>

<p><div class="text-justify"> I know what you are thinking, but I did not exceed the budget, once the first loan was paid off, I acquired the second one for 60 HBD and bought the painting. With the rest of the money, I took advantage of canceling some earrings at my son's high school, since this month of January has been difficult for everyone. And although we still need to paint the rest of the house, this has been a great gift and a preview of a fresher and more beautiful home</div></p>

<p><div class="text-justify"> Now I just have to thank life for giving me the opportunity to belong to this great family called #Hive and for making me agree @Enmy and @Danielvehe who are always constant in showing this all platform alike. #Hive always gives me examples of self-improvement and confidence. In #hive I have found a window of opportunities that not only keeps me busy, but constantly growing, that's why I said at the beginning that sometimes the ties continue to grow silently, because I was too busy to create constant content, but I was in hand of this wonderful loan that reminds me every day, that I manage to improve my environment thanks to Hive.</div></p>

Quizás mis palabras se queden cortas con la satisfacción que siento pero si hay un lugar que me ha dado Tranquilidad y Confianza a pesar de la situación que afrontamos hoy en Venezuela, ha sido el privilegio de estar en #Hive.</div></p>

* Por ello, Hoy Te cuento un logro más, tan palpable y verdadero; como la confianza que me brinda el tener de respaldo para mi futuro, mi cuenta en Hive.

## <center>**¡Me Atreví!**</center>

<p><div class="text-justify"> Aunque es un poco complicado en mi país, pensar en hacer remodelaciones de un hogar, en estos momentos Me Atreví a soñar. Y la magia ocurrió, este pasado Diciembre, soné que podía mejorar el aspecto de la cocina de mis padres, la cual ya hacía 16 años que no recibía ninguna mejora. Entonces saque mis cuentas, pedí asesoría a un experto y amigo de la casa para poner manos a la obra.</div></p> 

<p><div class="text-justify"> Algunos materiales los tenía en casa, y otros compare los precios en venta de segunda mano y otros de primera. De inmediato pensé en el servicio de préstamos de @rutablockchain con @ruta.loans y dije, voy a mejorar hasta donde pueda, sin estrés. Cualquier cariño que se haga a la cocina, se notará la diferencia y se verá mejor.</div></p> 

>De acuerdo a mi HP podía solicitar 80 HBD, y trate de ajustar el precio de los materiales justamente a eso. Seguramente te estarás peguntando ¿y cómo lo hiciste? Pues bien, los gastos fueron los siguientes:

* 3 cajas de cerámicas, una de primera que ya la tenía de mi antigua casa, 2 cajas de cerámica de primera a un bajo costo, que estaban siendo vendidas por un usuario en Marketplace Facebook. Las dos últimas tuvieron un  costo de 23$ cada una. Además fue necesario 1 saco de cemento en 8$, ya en casa tenía otro; y 5 sacos de pego blanco, uno lo tenía en casa y los restantes costaron 6$ cada uno; para un total de 78$. Y lo más maravilloso que nos sucedió, un verdadero regalo de Navidad, la mano de obra salió totalmente gratis.

<p><div class="text-justify"> Te cuento lo de la mano de obra, pues resulta que el mismo señor que nos asesoró para los materiales, tiene dos carros acá, en el espacio del taller de latonería de papá. Entonces, nos dijo que hacia todo el trabajo con mucho gusto, ya que sus carros requieren es reparación en la parte mecánica, y desde que papá le termino la latonería aún están aquí. Eso fue ya hace más de un año. Y así fue como él, muy responsablemente nos dijo, si tu padre me hubiera cobrado alquiler de estacionamiento todo este año, yo quizás cobraría este trabajo. Pero lo haré con mucho gusto para verle su cara de felicidad cuando vuelva. ¡Eso sí! Tengan paciencia, lo haré apenas este libre. Poco a poco. </div></p> 

* Y así fue como la amistad, la confianza y el agradecimiento se unieron para hacer de este presupuesto una cocina más amplia, limpia y cómoda para toda la familia. Hicieron su magia Hive, @rutablockchain con @ruta.loans la amistad de mi padre con su amigo, y este enorme agradecimiento que siento por todos.

<p><div class="text-justify"> Quizás pienses que los gastos fueron pocos y nos toco la suerte, pero para ser sincera, Diciembre es un mes de muchos gastos, y pensamos en la cena navideña, el niño Jesús y demás precios en alza que iban durante todo este tiempo. Pero de no tener la certeza que podía pedir este préstamo a @rutablockchain quizás no hubiera tomado la iniciativa de ir en búsqueda de más, de atreverme a sacar  minuciosas cuentas y sentirme confiada de que podía crear contenido en mi cuenta de Hive para cancelar el préstamo.</div></p> 

<p><div class="text-justify"> Además, el sistema para solicitarlo es sumamente sencillo, rápido y confiable. Para mí es 100% confiable, yo ingrese a Hive con los amigos @rutablockchain y todos los procesos siempre han sido muy transparentes. ¡Si te animas! Sólo debes mantener un HP más elevado en caso de requerir más cantidad, Ir cancelado en HBD, apenas pasa del tiempo o al final de lo establecido.</div></p> 

* Siento que es una forma también de motivarnos a mantener el HP elevado, ya que a mayor HP mayor es el monto que puedes solicitar, y es una forma inmediata de solucionar una situación o una meta planificada, y no hacer tanto Power Down. Aunque la última instancia de pago es esta, seguramente te puedes organizar para ir cancelando en el camino. 

<p><div class="text-justify"> Finalmente, la pintura para terminar de embellecer la cocina, tuvo un costo de 20$ la clase A o Tipo A,  y 8$ la clase C, con la cuales nos alcanzó para abarcar toda la parte de la cocina, y eliminar todas las manchas visibles de café y sucio, que estaban en las paredes. Ese punto importante no se los había contado. Resulta que mis padres hacen cafecito bien temprano y en dos oportunidades las cafeteras esas Grecas, donde queda el café riquísimo, han salido volando, asustándonos muchísimo y manchando todas las paredes. Resulta, que hace poco el amigo Chalbed fue que me aclaró, que las cefeteras Greca, poseen una válvula que se debe limpiar cada cierto tiempo, para evitar este tipo de accidentes.</div></p> 

<p><div class="text-justify"> Es importante mencionar que antes de pintar, limpiamos a profundidad las paredes, ya que no estábamos muy seguros de la calidad de la pintura a pesar de haber comprado una clase A y aseguran ser las de mayor recubrimiento.</div></p> 

<p><div class="text-justify"> Ya sé lo que estás pensando, pero no me excedí en el presupuesto, una vez cancelado el primer préstamo, adquirí el segundo de 60 HBD y compre la pintura. Con el resto del dinero, aproveche de cancelar unos pendientes en el liceo de mi hijo, ya que este mes de Enero ha sido difícil para todos. Y aunque nos falta el resto de la casita por pintar, esto ha sido un gran regalo y un adelanto a un hogar más fresco y bonito</div></p> 

<p><div class="text-justify"> Ya solo me resta agradecer a la vida por darme la oportunidad de pertenecer a esta gran familia llamada #Hive y por hacerme coincidir @Enmy y @Danielvehe que siempre están constante en mostrar esta plataforma tdoso por igual. #Hive siempre me da ejemplos de superación y confianza. En #hive he encontrado una ventana de oportunidades que no solo me mantiene ocupada, sino en constante crecimiento, por eso decía al inicio que a veces los lazos siguen creciendo de forma silenciosa, porque estuve muy ocupada para crear contenido constante, pero estaba de la mano de este maravilloso préstamo que me recordada cada día, que logre mejorar mi entorno gracias a Hive.</div></p>
