I absolutely enjoy this subject and I will be responding to both. Our connection or marriage is crucial to have healthy ones. If a marriage is healthy then society would be too.
First you should realize that there is nothing like a perfect relationship. What works for me could not work for you and vice versa, thus you need to take time to discover what works for you and your partner.

Love is a great sensation, it's simply like butterflies in the tummy( have been there before) 😂😂 however it aches when that person go . The way you experience love is unique to you, and the most important thing is that you feel happy and content in your relationship.
These are ways I know i'm in love:

*  If I'm In Love with someone, I think about them constantly. I want to communicate, text and even want to visit them. You sense a deep emotional tie between them.

* I always want to see them happy. Their happiness becomes mine, same as their grief. I attempt all humanly necessary to ensure they are well and happy.

* I appreciate spending time with them even without knowing if I am running out of time.
I like their company and I am my genuine self with them, no pretense. I get a feeling of security when I am with them.

* I incorporate them in my prayers, make sacrifices for them and contribute value to them so as to construct a future together.

Some people consider that love at first sight, but haven't experienced it but I feel love requires time to grow. If you love someone by what you see, I believe it's lust. What if they remove that part of their body that made you feel drawn to them, does that imply you would no longer love them? Love is beyond outer look.

**<center>Keys to Strong And A Healthy Relationship</center>**

**Trust:**
This is the foundation of any great connection. You must learn to trust your relationship and never accept what you hear outside. If you're not sure about anything you may ask questions instead of falling into conclusions.

**Communication:** 
Learn to communicate your emotions via conversation. Talk about anything and let your spouse know how you feel they are humans and are not perfect.

**Spend Quality time:**
No matter the hectic schedules,make time for your relationship. Visit new areas, go for vacation. Just do activities that are entertaining to help freshen the connection.

**Support:**
Providing support and encouragement to your spouse is crucial for creating a good connection. You should be there for each other through the ups and downs. It helps develop a lasting relationship.
Encouraging each other to explore unique interest and passions may assist to enhance the connection.

**Compromise:**
 Relationships entail compromise, particularly when conflicts emerge. Being able to compromise and find solutions that work for both parties helps to sustain a successful and healthy relationship.

You should also season your relationship with surprises and presents. Sometimes you purchase presents for your lover even without them asking. It doesn't have to be their birthday, anniversary or valentine.
