Grecka pita - wegetariańska czy z gyrosem? 
Pity w moim grill roomie mamy różne, do wyboru i koloru.
Każdy może sobie wybrać dodatki.

Pita wegetariańska może być z falafelem albo ze sporym plackiem z cukinii. Do tego świeże warzywa, cacyki, frytki domowe i dowolny sos.

Pita z mięsem ma w Grecji ustalone tradycyjne dodatki: cacyki, pomidor, cebula czerwona, mięso i frytki. Na Korfu dodaje się jeszcze ciepły i aromatyczny sos pomidorowy.
Grecy z kontynentu proszą o musztardę, ketchup czy majonez.
Zamiast cacykow niektórzy wolą pikantną pastę serową.

Mięso do pity również można sobie wybrać. Mamy gyros, suflaki wieprzowe oraz z kurczaka, wołowe kotlety mielone z grilla i kiełbasę wiejską.

Biorąc pod uwagę fakt, że każdy lubi inną pite, zamówienia są zawiłe i muszę je zapisywać bardzo dokładnie. 
Jeszcze placek pita - wypieczony albo miękki, naoliwiony albo suchy.

Grecy uwielbiają pity! Bywają zamówienia na wynos na 20 sztuk :) Każda pita jest pakowana w osobną papierową torebkę na której piszemy skład, żeby każdy szybko znalazł swój posiłek w torbie dostawcy.

Jak widzicie z tymi pitami mamy niezły galimatias ;)
