Boczek z grilla

Nie tylko souvlaki czy gyros można zjeść w greckim grill roomie.
Wiele osób uwielbia na przykład grillowany boczek.

W Grecji grilluje się świeży boczek wieprzowy pokrojony w grube plastry.

Najpierw jednak trzeba zamarynować mięso, żeby było soczyste i miękkie po obróbce cieplnej.
Mój mąż robi marynatę do boczku z musztardy, oliwy z oliwek, oregano, pieprzu i soku z cytryny.
Przed grillowaniem mięsa absolutnie nie solimy.

Boczek grillujemy powoli na małym ogniu, z obydwu stron.
Upieczone mięso solimy i skrapiamy oliwą z sokiem z cytryny.
Podajemy z domowymi frytkami, cacykami i sezonowymi warzywami.
