Today was a very busy day but I managed to squeeze in getting and visiting the mall somewhere in Makati to do some errands. I also met my older sister there and we dine-in in a Japanese Restaurant after walking for an hour. It was a blast because for sure we burn some calories from walking and another calorie count because we ate Japanese food, yakiniku to be exact. I am happy that despite our busy days we are able to meet at the end of the day and reward ourselves.

Walking is one of the most affordable exercises I can do everyday. I walk all the time going to work and going home. Just today, because we ran some errands I managed to meet the milestone of 5000. It was fun and I can feel, I burn a lot. I hope to reach this milestone everyday, or might need to be serious about it.
