I am not good at art, but I have my own creativity. If you will grade my creativity, I am even happy if you give me 75% because I'm not really good. It is not the art itself that makes me feel good, but the process of doing it. 

I  not the only one who did these arts, but I was the one that gave more ideas and enhanced everything. I took initiative because I find it therapeutic. 

We did this at the office. We have a day where we decorate the office in different themes as part of Halloween. Per department, we are given different subject to decorate. For this one, our main subject is Mindanao.

One of the whitest sand in Camiguin. One of the best tourist spot in Bohol.

**Kulintang**
Kulintang is a musical instrument that looks like small pieces of gong, that is made out of bronze. It is one of the instruments in Maguindanao that showcases their culture.

**Mt. Mayon in Albay**
Mt. Mayon is located in Legazpi Albay and that is in Luzon, not in Mindanao. I just included the picture because I appreciate the creativity of the ones who did it.

Siargao Island is one of the best tourist destination in Surigao Del Norte. It is also known as the surfing capital of the Philippines.

Located in Iligan City, this is also known as Twin falls because of the falls that are separated by a rock in the middle.

**Pink Sand Beach in Zamboanga**
This one is located in Sta Cruz Island in Zamboanga. Why it is a pink sand? It is a coral that is know as red organ pipe coral that was crushed and distributed on the shore. From my paint, the pink side of the sand is not completely visible.

This is a cemetery under the deep water. It was a city before but was drown under the sea due to volcanic eruption.

It is a feast for gratitude for bounty and success of Davao. 


# What kind of Therapy I got from doing this art? 

I feel calm. That's it!! I have anxiety. Everyday at work, I am always facing the stress because of some uncontrollable measures and some people who are inconsiderate. I choose not to react sometimes because I believe my patience is being tested. I just need to have a breathing technique and accept that I cannot control everything, especially the decision of others. The following below are what it gives to me. 

### Colors makes me happy
My favorite colors are violet, red, green and blue. When I am seeing those colors, it makes me happy because it reflects me. When I am sad at work, I use my color green and blue gel pens. I also have violet gel pens and I enjoy writing my journal using it. Seeing my colors makes me feel okay. 

### I realised I am talented 
I think I have a little talent with art. Actually I paint but I seldom do it because I don't have time. If there is something like this at work,I take advantage of participating because it makes me creative. My mind is flowing with ideas, like I don't want to end what I'm doing. 

### Collaboration of ideas
I never thought there are lots of talented individuals in the office. While doing this, they share some ideas. Everyone's ideas are given that makes the whole thing more creative. It also makes me enjoy what I'm doing because everyone is willing to help me too. 

### I am Appreciated
Whole doing it, when someone see what I was creating, they will give me positive remarks. The engagement is good. I even get applauded. I know my works are not that beautiful,I even had a shortage of art craft and used only what is available. Despite that challenge I able to survive it and even if it is not perfect, they love it. 

### It Makes me Feel Good about myself
I am sometimes harsh on myself, but when it comes to doing art, my creativeness is willing to stans out for me. The appreciation and collaboration makes me feel good. I feel I belong in making creative things. I need to tap my shoulder for doing a good job. 

Now I make time for doing art. I go for the things that makes me happy. I help myself and create my own outlet. It is like hitting two birds in one stone. I become creative and it relieve my stress. Artwork is Therapeutic!!
