I disagree with your conclusion, but am also aware of some issues.  My experience dictates problems can be solved.

I took some flak for that but still don't care because it wasn't about me.  What was happening there was blatant disrespect and I'm glad it stopped.

The post might be ridiculous (my approach is meant to be somewhat humorous at times as I recognize humor as an artform as well).  But you'll notice no signs of laziness.  It wasn't filler meant to simply attract rewards.  But I totally see your side when it comes to reusing work.  Your approach gives off those 'farming' vibes.  It's lacking a bit of substance.  That's not an insult, I'm just trying to put myself in their shoes. 

So in these two examples, I called out a bad actor for picking on artists.  Took a massive auto downvote with each post, but kept my composure and carried on as best I could business as usual.  Then in the second link the one who was pushing me around left a comment and finally stopped.

I think your approach now, with that copy/pasted message about everything going to shit; that's a bad look.  More on you than the platform.  It ruins your efforts or what the post was supposed to be about.  It appears some folks were upset about you reusing old work in order to simply 'farm' rewards.  I could churn out a new post every ten minutes taking that approach, because it's not hard, and you know that. 

So I ask again, are you done?  Or do you feel you'd rather have this shit go away and continue working?  

And I'm not trying to be confrontational.  Just being real with you.  I'm not going to invest time trying to help someone or talk things out if you've already made up your mind to burn the place down on your way out.

All the artwork was old, but the post wasn't about the art.  I'll use my images like my own personal pixabay when I write, and they help tell the story.  

When I have nothing new, I don't post.  I know how difficult it is to come up with new stuff constantly.  Between this year and last year I've posted 24 times.

It's not unusual for someone to run into problems reposting the same stuff over and over, collecting autovotes.  I'd have my ass handed to me on a plate if I took that approach and most likely alienate the folks who come to my space looking to see something new.  

I've always said people follow artists, not art.  I'm also not comfortable seeing another artist here ditch over some petty dispute.  The decentralized nature of this platform means anything could happen.    

Whales or Oligarchs, cut from the same cloth - but there is a difference: in the "real" world most Oligarchs are known by name, you know who they are, where they come from, whom they support (politically) etc.,  and for the most part their meetings and agendas are not so secret. Here, the majority hide behind a pseudonym (a few rare exceptions) and indeed, so do many other users (and particularly the sycophants that suck up to them). The ones like us that are open, with websites and other connections posted on their profile are a rare breed. Real people are a rare breed on here. 
Yes, we had high hopes once upon a time - and I've been on the blockchain for quite a while also - but instead of being an improvement over the state of the world and its interconnected corruption, this here not only mirrors what is going on outside, but is even worse by far. 
There is a difference between you and @nuthman - you are being stalked by mostly one evil character; if that one is connected to the various "Watchers" is not clear, but (s)he indiscriminately began to downvote everything you posted, for no discernible reason whatsoever. 
Just don't call them cunts, because cunts are useful.
