¡Muy buen día, amigos de Hive!


No puedo pasar por alto el escribir en ésta comunidad, sobre todo por tratarse del entusiasmo, 😉  el tema del mes, valor  con el cual he tratado de mantener, en mí día a día. Me pasaba que desde niña  👧🏼 siempre he  sido muy risueña, a pesar de ello,  pasaba muy rápidamente de felicidad a un enojo muy grande  💔 por cualquier tontería;  y al ser adolescente y ya asistiendo a la universidad, logré mejorar mucho, ya que mi tía Leya 
se dio cuenta, lo conversamos y fue ella quien me ayudó a ir mejorando, ella con su amor y picardía característica, ejemplo y punto de vista me guío  hacia la lectura, era Maestra y tenía muchos libros en su biblioteca,  lo que pudo haber quedado de mi ira logré mejorarlo cuando quedé embarazada 🤰 ,  ya que  mis  emociones afectaban directamente a mí hijo, de hecho se siente, el feto siente ,  si disfrutaba una comida podía sentir sus movimientos en mi vientre,  o sí por el contrario tenía algún susto o impresión,  ni se movía, 🥴  entonces empecé a tratar controlar aún más  mis reacciones emocionales, pues obviamente no quería que nada afectara a mi hijo y al tenerlo en mis brazos, 🤱  acariciarlo  , darle pecho ,  llegó a mi alma un sentimiento único, ahí empezó mi cambio,  por amor hacia mis 3 hijos y , yo quiero ser su mejor ejemplo,  en aquel entonces no disponía de tiempo ni siquiera de leer, sólo la tv a ratos mientras hacia alguna tarea del hogar.

Tener la bendición de disfrutar la infancia de mis 3 hijos formó parte esencial de la llegada del entusiasmo a mi vida, logré comparar su infancia con la mía y confirmé una vez más que fuí muy, pero muy feliz 😊 .


Vivir sin entusiasmo es sentir desaliento, y que nos falta algo siempre, a pesar de tener todo; es tener los cinco sentidos y no ver, ni escuchar, ni sentir, es no estar; así tengas al amor de tú vida a tú lado, el cual a ratos te va hacer sentir momentos de amor , van a ser sólo éso,  momentos...

Mantenerme entusiasmada no es sencillo, porque no vivimos solos hay una comunidad, una ciudad, un mundo lleno de personas distintas a tí, pero hago mi mayor esfuerzo porque me trae muchos beneficios y me doy cuenta que cada día que pasa se me hace más fácil.

Uno de los nuevos hábitos que tengo desde que empezó éste 2023, es que al acostarme pienso en todo lo positivo que me pasó ése día, y doy gracias a mí por recordarlo, ¿qué me causó risa?, y siempre se viene a la mente algo negativo y me pregunto ¿ Se resolvió?, ¿Cómo lo hiciste?  Eres una genia me digo a mí misma, jajajaja y si no lo he resuelto me insisto y me digo: ya está resuelto sólo que no lo has visto, Sabes que es así, y empiezo a dar gracias por todo  🙏.

Al despertar paso mís manos por todo mi cuerpo, 
 dando las gracias por cada una de sus partes, y dar gracias por lo que se me viene a la mente, cuando los haces un hábito, todos los días vienen nuevos agradecimientos.


Siento entusiasmo al saber que voy hacer cosas que me gustan, y créeme que lo que no te gusta te va terminar gustando. En mí caso anteriormente me irritaba y decía: ¡Que fastidio tener de hacer desayuno , almuerzo, cena y todos los días 😠,¿Porqué todo yo? y me predisponía empezando el día.  Al cambiar mís hábitos y sólo agradecer, les confirmo que todos mis días son más productivos, agradables y felices.

Pensar en momentos felices, en lo positivo a parte de estar en esa frecuencia mueve a tú ser interno a ver detalles en tú vida que habías pasado por alto, hoy mientras desayunaba logré mirar el jardín de mi vecino y quedé maravillada del intenso color, ¿Por qué mis ojos podrían no haber percibido antes? reflexioné ... esto de estar en el presente, en el ahora me está gustando, ¡wow! no me había dado cuenta de todo lo hermoso que tengo la fortuna de apreciar y todos los días 🙂😍.

Estas son dos especies llamadas en el Oriente de Venezuela, Flor de Cayena la blanca le llamamos Cayena y la roja Cayena doble, su nombre científico es Hibiscos y son al menos unas 150 especies aceptadas.

Tómate un tiempo con la naturaleza siente la brisa, percibe el olor de una flor, admira su belleza, siente su suavidad activa tus sentidos. Búscate en tú interior,va a ser una experiencia de gran importancia e impacto en tú vida.💕


Ésto logra elevar y mantener mi entusiasmo para hacer mis proyectos metas alcanzables, no me quejo, me pongo en acción llena de ése impulso que te da seguridad en ti mismo, que tienes tu objetivo definido y vas por él, si Dios está contigo ¿Quién contra ti?.😁 Ésta afirmación me la digo cuando siento dudas, miedo, tristeza ,me fortalece 💪.

>I can't pass up writing in this community, especially since it's about enthusiasm, 😉 the theme of the month, a value with which I have tried to maintain, in my day to day life. It happened to me that since I was a child 👧🏼 I have always been very cheerful, in spite of that, I passed very quickly from happiness to a very big anger 💔 for any nonsense;  and when I was a teenager and already attending university, I managed to improve a lot, since my aunt Leya noticed it, we talked about it and she was the one who helped me to improve, she with her love and characteristic mischievousness, example and point of view guided me towards reading, She was a teacher and had many books in her library, what could have remained of my anger I managed to improve it when I became pregnant 🤰 , since my emotions directly affected my child, in fact it is felt, the fetus feels, if I enjoyed a meal I could feel its movements in my belly,  or if on the contrary I had a scare or impression, it did not move, 🥴 then I started to try to control even more my emotional reactions, because obviously I did not want anything to affect my son and having him in my arms, 🤱 caressing him, breastfeeding him, a unique feeling came to my soul, there began my change, for love towards my 3 children and I want to be their best example, at that time I did not even have time to read, only the TV at times while doing some household chores.

 > blessing of enjoying the childhood of my 3 children was an essential part of the arrival of enthusiasm in my life, I was able to compare their childhood with mine and I confirmed once again that I was very, very happy 😊 .


> live without enthusiasm is to feel discouraged, and that something is always missing, despite having everything; it is to have the five senses and not see, not hear, not feel, it is not to be; even if you have the love of your life by your side, which at times will make you feel moments of love, they will be just that, moments...

> myself enthusiastic is not easy, because we do not live alone, there is a community, a city, a world full of people different from you, but I do my best because it brings me many benefits and I realize that every day that passes becomes easier.

>One of the new habits I have since this 2023 started, is that when I go to bed I think of all the positive things that happened to me that day, and I thank myself for remembering it, what made me laugh, and always something negative comes to my mind and I ask myself, "Did it work out, how did you do it?  You are a genius I say to myself, hahahaha and if I have not solved it I insist and I say to myself: it is already solved only you have not seen it, You know it is like that, and I start to give thanks for everything 🙏.

> I wake up I run my hands all over my body, giving thanks for each of its parts, and giving thanks for what comes to my mind, when you make them a habit, every day new thanks come.


>I feel enthusiasm knowing that I am going to do things that I like, and believe me that what you don't like you will end up liking. In my case I used to get irritated and say: What a pain to have to make breakfast, lunch, dinner and every day 😠, why me? and I would start the day with a predisposition.  By changing my habits and just being thankful, I confirm that all my days are more productive, pleasant and happy.

>about happy moments, about the positive, besides being in that frequency moves your inner being to see details in your life that you had overlooked, today while having breakfast I managed to look at my neighbor's garden and I was amazed at the intense color, why my eyes could not have perceived before? I reflected ... this being in the present, in the now is pleasing me, wow! I had not realized how much beautiful I have the fortune to appreciate and every day 🙂😍.

>These are two species called in the East of Venezuela, Flor de Cayena the white one we call Cayenne and the red one double Cayenne, its scientific name is Hibiscus and there are at least 150 accepted species.

>Some time with nature, feel the breeze, perceive the smell of a flower, admire its beauty, feel its softness, activate your senses. Look inside yourself, it will be an experience of great importance and impact in your life.


> Manages to raise and maintain my enthusiasm to make my projects achievable goals, I do not complain, I get into action full of that momentum that gives you confidence in yourself, you have your goal defined and you go for it, if God is with you who against you 😁 I say this statement to myself when I feel doubt, fear, sadness, it strengthens me 💪.
