Mis pequeños bienvenidos a un nuevo post de ilustración, en esta oportunidad les comparto esta práctica de color que hice hace un tiempo combinando un poco mi estilo con el realismo o volumen en las formas y color, para esto me basé en una foto de mi banco de imágenes en Pinterest para ver dónde poner luz y sombra.

Cada que guardo una foto que me inspira a dibujar es porque tiene algo que me atrapa, puede ser la pose, algún elemento, expresión o simplemente es algo que me da ganas de dibujar y en esta ocasión fue la pose de la chica y la posición de la mano. Desde siempre supe que mi meta no era aprender técnicas para llegar al realismo, ya que soy mala copiando y siento que limita mi imaginación y creatividad; sin embargo, hay veces que me gusta hacerlo como reto personal y práctica para mí misma.

I always knew that my goal was not to learn techniques to reach realism since I am bad at copying, and I feel it limits my imagination and creativity; however, there are times when I like to do it as a personal challenge and practice for myself.

El programa que use fue Procreate y los nombres de los pinceles usados son de la carpeta "lineart" de la cual use el pincel número "2" que hice con pinceles descargados (también lo usé para poner luz y sombra en ciertas partes). De la carpeta "entintado" use el pincel "tinta seca" para que tuviera algo de textura al poner el color y el mismo pincel para difuminar y dar volumen y para el cabello use un pincel de otra carpeta hecha con pinceles descargados que nombre "pelo" y para que tuviera diferentes texturas use todos los pinceles de esta carpeta.


Como pueden ver no me quedé conforme con el estilo de ojos tan grandes y opte por hacerlos más pequeños porque sentía que desentonaban mucho con la composición en general, ustedes que opinan. ¿Cuál les gusta más?

>The program I used was Procreate, and the names of the brushes used are from the "lineart" folder, from which I used brush number "2," which I made with downloaded brushes (I also used it to put light and shadow in certain parts). I used a brush from another folder made with downloaded brushes called "hair," and to have different textures, I used all the brushes from this folder. From the folder "inked" I used the brush "dry ink" to give some texture when putting the color and the same brush to blur and give volume to the hair.

>As you can see, I wasn't happy with the big eyes style, and I chose to make them smaller because I felt they didn't fit with the overall composition. What do you think? Which one do you like more?


Ahora si pasemos a los procesos. Para hacer el boceto, la aplicación tiene una herramienta que te permite tener tu imagen de referencia en una ventana flotante. De esta forma no estorba en el lienzo y puedes jugar con el tamaño de esta ventana flotante, así como con la posición para que no te estorbe en ningún momento. También puedes alejarte y acercarte a la imagen de forma fácil y rápida y claro, casi se me pasa, también puedes tomar el color de esta imagen dejando presionado en la zona donde quieres tomar el color. Sin duda una excelente función que nos facilita la vida a la hora de querer trabajar con imágenes de referencia para que no estorbe en el lienzo tener que saltar de aplicación en aplicación.

En cuanto al color, traté de tomar los tonos de la imagen de referencia, pero después de tomarlo corregía el color, puesto que cuando se toma de la imagen el color que interpreta suele estar cargado o saturado con negro. Así que lo que hago es moverme en el círculo cromático hacia los tonos menos aturados con negro, pero sin pasarme a los tonos más puros, porque de ser así quedan los colores muy brillantes.

Con este programa, pinceles y herramientas me facilito el trabajo, después de hacer el lineart y poner los colores plasta lo que quedaba hacer era poner las luces y sombras y después difuminar para conseguir ese volumen.

>Now, let's move on to the process. The application has a tool for sketching that allows you to have your reference image in a floating window. This way, it doesn't get in the way of the canvas, and you can play with the size of this floating window and the position so that it doesn't get in your way at any time. You can also zoom in and out of the image easily and quickly, and of course, I almost forgot, you can also take the color of this image by pressing on the area where you want to take the color. Undoubtedly an excellent feature that makes life easier when we want to work with reference images so that it does not get in the way of the canvas having to jump from application to application.

>As for the color, I tried to take the tones of the reference image, but after taking it, I corrected the color since when it is taken from the image, the color it interprets is usually loaded or saturated with black. So I move in the chromatic circle towards the tones less saturated with black but without going to the purest tones because otherwise, the colors are very bright.

>With this program, brushes, and tools, I made my work easier; after making the lineart and putting the colors in the palette, I put the lights and shadows and then blurred to get that volume.

Pues déjame decirte, que te quedó impresionante! ojalá yo poder dibujar así, realmente he querido aprender a dibujar en digital pero siento que se me complicaría mucho ya que no dibujo tanto y no soy tan bueno, pero admito que ver esta publicación hace que quiera intentarlo.. este estilo de dibujo te queda muy bien, la verdad es que ella me recuerda a una muñeca, no recuerdo su nombre, pero serias muy buena creando muñecas para vender jajaja <3 un saludo y jamás dejes de hacer esto, que lo haces increible!

Te quedo pero ¡ESPECTACULAR Y LO QUE SIGUE DE ESE NIVEL AMIGAAAAAA! En un curso de pintura que hice una vez intenté solo hacer un rostro un poco de inclinado y eso fue horrible de dificillllll 😅😅, no me quiero imaginar lo que sería hacer esto 😱😱😱.

De verdad Gris siempre digo que amo tu trabajo, pero de todos este es uno de los que más me ha gustado ¡es increible¡ Porque hacer esa pose es muy complejo, y esas manos te quedaron ¡espectacularessss! 🥰

Tienes razón con lo de los ojos, te quedaron mejor más pequeños, no te preocupes siguen teniendo tu estilo pero más adaptados a la anatomía de la imagen, pero tu escencia está ahí sin lugar a dudas.

No tengo palabras que decirte más que ¡amé total! Quiero ser como tú cuando sea grande mi Gris bonita 😍.

Una pregunta mi @grisvisa ¿cuánto tiempo te llevó hacer esto? Me produce curiosidad.
