I have been spending a lot of time working on my next book. "Fast-Tracking Retirement" (that's a working title, don't hold me to it). One of the reasons behind this book is to educate and build a community of entrepreneurs focused on building their wealth, which ultimately allows me the ability to raise capital from people I have relationships with.

It's a long term goal, but so is becoming a billionaire, so it seems like the right path. Anyway, I recently made a facebook post to share my progress on the book and got a lot of controversy for setting the Billion Dollar goal so I figure I will share the math here since this community is very focused on wealth creation!

I've been doubling my net-worth for the last 12 years. 
Because of how consistently I have adhered to this goal, I can clearly see my path to $1 Billion net-worth.

A mentor of mine told me years ago not to trust people, trust the numbers instead.

I remember when I started this goal... I wasn't aiming at $1B... I was just going after $100k and it seemed far away, but I  bought my first move in flip when I was 22 years old and found a way to hit my goal 4 years ago and then set the goal to hit $1MM...

It wasn't until I was a year out to hitting the Million that I first wrote out the math to hit $1B.
