As I said earlier there is lot happening here in [dcity game](https://dcity.io/city). The recent update from dcity team is around Student claim for Communal Housing, Luxury Street and Migration Center. They had already indicated in one of the update post for the game that this change will be coming soon & here it is LIVE already today. Ok now before I get any further it becomes imperative to know about the game which I normally emphasize as this sets the ground for the players who are new or plan to join the game.

all about?  In precise #dCity is a mathematical and trading game based on [NFT](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-non-fungible-token-nft) [non-fungible tokens] available on Hive-Engine. In this game, you get to create your own city the way you like it. As a player you have an option to build your city with a variety of #NFT cards that represents buildings, citizens, technologies that ultimately helps you to earn income in the form of HIVE and #SIM token which is the in game currency token of the game & it also represent as a [governance](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-governance) token of the game - which is quite impressive in itself. Players can also get many cards by playing and being active in the game. Currently by delegating **HIVE POWER [HP]** one can get the **young** citizen card for every 500 HP delegated. Along with a chance to winning a **Influencer** card and the best part is that you get #SIM token as well for delegating #HP. ### Student NFT Claim for combined buildings... 

So Yes we do have a mechanics of building being created when you combine different NFTs in the game and the new building minted provides different stats. Well in the recent update building like **Communal Housing, Luxury Street and Migration Center** will give an opportunity to claim 1 Student cards for every one combined building you own. Have a look at the above image and in my case I had::

- 35 Communal Housing
- 16 Luxury Street And 
- 2 Migration Center

All these buildings allowed me to claim 53 Student cards and I had to pay 21200 #SIM tokens. Player can claim the cards from the dashboard -> claim button. Important point to note here is that the first claim cost 400 SIM, then for every next claim price depends from time:

- after 4 days claim is available for 800 SIM
- after 5 days, 700 SIM
- after 6 days, 600 SIM
- after 7 days, 500 SIM
- after 8 days, 400 SIM

Hence it is the best time to claim now if you are eligible just that #hodl any of the above building mentioned. And with regards to my strategy here then its gonna be simple which is like every time when the claim of students is available then I would be claiming it. And then would wait once these student cards are trained Students (debt) NFT cards. And just an FYI the chance for training is based on time (older Student's card means a higher chance for training) and amount of University Campuses in city (increasing probability for training). So more university campuses one holds the more chances to have student cards are trained Students (debt) NFT cards. And the more students (debt) cards players have they upgrade those cards to:: **Scientists, Workers, Hard Workers, Homeless, Policemen, Soldiers, Eco Activists, Economists, Professors, Lawyers and Tax Collectors.**. Bear in mind there is an upgrade costs 270 SIM per card and the result of upgrading is random. I would be targeting the Tax Collector card though as its the rarest of all and helps reduce tax in you dcity by 0.2% and this card is stackable. Have a look at it stats::
