Is automation good? Simple answer YES and why not when automation can save you t a lot of time and energy. Automation has many benefits from saving time to less efforts, reduces mistakes, works 25/7, cost effective and there is much to it that everything counts. So you can see for yourself with so many advantages and possibilities automation plays a crucial role in making life easier and work more efficient. So how about applying some Automation here on HIVE Blockchain? The same thing i.e. Automation we can do here with [Hive AutoClaim Services](https://peakd.com/autoclaim/@hive.autoclaim/userguide) which has been around since 2020 and guess what I came to know about it recently only. And before I get any further I want to give due credits to @arcange who has developed this App **Hive AutoClaim** and not only that there are many Apps and services that has been developed by him which are as follows

### So What's Hive AutoClaim & How to Activate iT?

Before I answer this question, have a look at the above image which shows the history of my claimed rewards. Yes this now has been automated by using the **Hive AutoClaim Services**. I guess earlier I was spending around close to 15 minutes daily in order to claim different rewards like post, comments, curation etc. Now using the AutoClaim service I need not worry about claiming rewards as every 1 hours subject to condition the Hive rewards (HIVE, HP or HBD) is available. And for Hive-engine tokens its, 24 hours a day. Now coming to the second part of the question as to - **"How to activate your AutoClaim services**?". Let me tell you this part is also pretty simple and all that you need is to authorize AutoClaim to issue a claim operation to the blockchain on your behalf. To access the service you need to visit the following webpage and provide the authorization.

Once you click continue you will see the page to enter your username username and your Private active key. Please not that your** Active Key** is only required here to allow HiveSigner to update your account settings. And the keys will will NOT be stored. And once the authorization is done that's all it for the AutoClaim service to start working for your account to claim your Hive rewards every hours without any intervention. Want to give it a try then go ahead and try it yourself and save yourself some time that can be used for some other activities maybe blog posting or some outdoor activity...anything you may like.
