Thoughts and words have a higher impact on us then we think. Not just what we speak out matters but what we think within ourselves has a tremendous amount of impact on us. This is why time and again we have heard that "what we think we become". Think ideally means the self-talk which continuously goes on within our mind.

The words have such power that they can either make our day wonderful or even have the potential to drain us out all day. 

So it's not just crucial to say out those correct words but also to think well and creatively when chattering within yourself. In today's article let us take a look at how words which we think impact us.

### Words Impact our Energy Levels: 

Have you ever given a thought, when you get up late and you constantly repeat in your mind words like, "Oh I am late today", " I am already soo tired", I will not be able to make to the office on time" all these words have a negative impact on your thoughts and the result is, you end up feeling drained out already and guess what the day has just started?

Now let us try out a different approach as soon as negative words crop up how about replacing them with positive words, like " Its a beautiful day", "I am going to rock today", " I will reach office on time" or " I am sure to have a wonderful and productive day today". Just the thought of these words will make your energy levels go up.  Try it and check for yourself.

### Want to Live Longer!! Say Positive words to yourself:

Do you know people who think and keep telling themself that they are healthy and happy, actually outlive others with a negative mindset. As per a scientific study, people who talk positively within their heads tend to live longer and healthy.

Every morning as soon as you get up, just using simple Thank you words to express your gratitude for your perfect health and beautiful life can have a wonderful effect at the subconscious level.

### Reframe Your Thoughts and Words to a Positive Tone:

Instead of constantly thinking that "I cannot do this", I will no be able to do", "I am not capable" ho about reframing these sentences to " I can do it", " I have all the required expertise to complete the task", I will be able to do".

Just by reframing the words and thought that run wild in your mind. You can actually be more productive, more successful, and more amazing. Try it for yourself and see it work wonders. Just that consistency is the key here.

I'm not a saint and neither I'm a **GURU** but what I can tell you is that for a happy life you definitely need to think before you speak. Your words do matter a lot. What, I've personally noticed in my life and based out of my experience good words and positive thoughts attract positive energy which ultimately leads to a happy life. And whereas if you take the other way around with negative thoughts in minds, not thinking before you speak out is definitely going to bring turmoil in your life and the results could be catastrophic. 

Hence always remember that words that you speak out are powerful than you THINK as they may impact your life in a way that you would have never thought about.
