What Does It Mean To Make Your Money Work For You? Have I Found a way for Myself? Money Working for Me?

Hey All,

We all thrive to make our Money work us. And in this process we have both the chances of making and loosing money. If we happen to be on the side where our money is working for us - we are at the path of building wealth and becoming **Financial FREE**. But whereas if we are loosing money in this process then we are still struggling to find the best way of making money from the limited cash that we have at our dispersal. Now that we have some understanding - **What Does It Mean To Make Your Money Work For You?**

Lets try to answer this questions in more simple words. When we are trying to make our money work for us then it simply means that we are trying to take control of our finances, then using that control to continuously improve your financial stability and security. In this process what is good or works for one, doesn't mean that it will work for others. It will drill down to various factors and their risk appetite.

### Why to make your money work for you?

Here are some reasons as to why money should work for you::

- It will free us all. And we can just chill and relax and do what we love doing.
- We can work for some limited time and unlike us, money can work 24×7.
- Less dependency on our fixed income; like salary or other sources.
- Building wealth over time.
- Flexibility to explore things never touched/unexplored
- And the list just goes on and on...

### Have I found a way for myself - Money working for ME?

In a straight forward way, I would say YES.. I have found a way for myself where money is working for me. Good or Bad there is not a perfect way, and we all just go on trying to find what best suites us. I had this SIP [Systematic Investment Plan] in mutual funds going on for the past 12+ Years consistently. I never stopped these SIPs and now if you see the above image; **Dividend Payout** you can see in the last couple of days i.e. 9th and 15th I got the dividend payout notification credited to my banks savings account. By just investing in mutual funds for over a long period of time, this turned out to be very good for me. Now all that money invested is working for 24*7 and is building a wealth for me... Hopefully this should help me achieving my financial freedom one day for sure.. cheers :-)
