Some have done well in pre-ICO subscriptions. But, I'd rather wait for the ICO and the almost always decline within the first few weeks. Then come in and pick up the bargain basement prices!

High Performance Blockchain (HPB) executed the ICO early phase decline like clock work. But as an analyst, I counted the Elliott Waves and mapped the pattern. The decline was a classic 5,3,5 or a ZigZag ABC correction. The subwaves have been labeled in the below chart accordingly. Once the first five waves of red A were detected, the ZigZag probability rose very high and so mapping out the remainder of the 3 and 5 waves of B and C could have aided in casting a very profitable buy entry.

So, using Elliott Waves and Pattern, perhaps they can aid in the future profitability of a buy entry made at red C. IF the recent price was continues to a higher high generation and given how oversold the MACD is; the likelihood of price to put in the blue outline of a rounded price formation becomes higher. Once the five waves (blue) are complete, a corrective decline of 50% to 61.8% could mark the handle formation of a Cup & Handle bullish potential.
