Hello, fellow Hive users! How is your life at your end? Hope that everything is happening according to your plan and expectation. I am also fine, Alhamdulillah. This is my 13th #iamalivechallenge post, the project run by @flaxz. This is also going to be my today's @actifit report. Firstly, I am going to share a case history of a  patient with breathing difficulties. Secondly, I am going to mention why am I grateful for today. And thirdly, I am going to share the proof of today's win. Hope that you will stay with me until the end of the post.

## The case history

Last night at around 10 pm one Bangladeshi patient came to my chamber with his friends. He was having trouble with breathing. He was also having a severe generalised weakness. However, according to them, he drank an expired ORS solution and started having the shortness of breath. He took it because of his weaknesses. He didn't have any diarrhoea before and did not develop any abdominal pain or diarrhoea after taking the ORS. So, ORS wasn't the culprit here. On further questioning, he informed me that he was sick for the last one and a half months. Occasional fever, cold and cough! What! COVID19?

I immediately put a pulse oximeter on his finger and found the oxygen saturation 92% on air. He looked distressed with breathing difficulty. He also looked pallor. We put him in the propped up position in a bed, started the nebulization with Oxygen. With oxygen, his saturation raised above 95%. But when removing the oxygen, the saturation was coming down to less than 90%! 

In the meantime, his CBC report came back. The report was consistent with infections in the blood. I did one chest X-Ray as well. There were features of pneumonia on the X-ray chest. 

With all the facts in hand, my suspicion was toward the COVID19. I tried to talk with the regional hospital who are dealing with COVID19 cases. It was over 11 pm. So, I could not find them. At that point, without the oxygen, his saturation was coming down to 86 or 85%. I informed the attendants about the danger, my suspicions and necessity of transferring him to the higher Centre. They agreed and I escort him to the regional hospital. When I reached home, it was 15 minutes past midnight.

I am grateful to Allah because I am alive today.
I am grateful to my creator because I have never suffered from such type of breathing problems in my life.
I am grateful to the almighty because He made a doctor.
