My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2022
Assalamu Alaikum! How are you? Hopefully, you are fine. I am fine too, Alhamdulillah. Here is the actifit report on the 7th of August 2022. It is of Sunday.

On Sunday, even though, I made over 10k steps, I didn't have a workout (no walking, no riding bicycle). The steps were made by the casual walk in between my office, home and mosque.

I consulted 28 patients in my chamber on Sunday. There was no emergency case, Alhamdulillah. In the visa medical check-up, 41 people came for the check-up.

I was able to claim the free AFIT tokens from the actifit app before midnight.
